Receptionist is an amazing ambassador....makes one feel validated and special. Her people skills are exceptional. Dr. T is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and genuine.

I look forward to each visit with Dr Tetzlaff. I am not to enthusiastic with his secretary. She most of the time is not at her desk. I missed out on an earlier month visit where I could make an appointment for the next month but had to go to the next month.

Jill Sayer possesses an extraordinary amount of empathy. She is non-judgmental and does not stereotype in my experience. Her prerogative always seems to be making her patient feel better and I never feel rushed or unheard. I've had 6 psychiatrists since starting mental health treatment at [AGE] years old and she is by far the best I've seen.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tetzlaff. I felt heard and understood after my appointment. I feel he took the time to listen very carefully and help me see things more clearly.

I am so very thankful seeing Dr. Teslaff. He is very respectful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. His office personnel is very friendly and respectful as well.

Dr Mattioli seems to genuinely care about my well-being and is willing to consider all options that fit my needs as a patient. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the risks vs benefits when choosing which medication might work best for me and she always always makes sure i am aware of long term effects of certain medications allowing me to make well-informed decisions.

She has so much knowledge about everything. It’s nice to have a doctor that I don’t have to question or feel like I’m not being heard and understood. Too often doctors dismiss patients. She’s kind, and so easy to talk to. I know that she is doing what is best for me and continues to provide the best care. I recommend her to literally everyone lol. Thank you Jill & your team! Can’t forget to mention the receptionist that is always so kind and gets back to me asap.
