Receptionist is polite, patient and pleasant. Makes a wonderful impact as she is the first person one sees. Dr. Tetzlaff is genuine, compassionate and very wise.

It’s always hard to get in to see any mental health provider unless you schedule a month ahead or go to the er.

I am so grateful to have found such a kind and caring psychiatrist. She truly takes the time to listen, never made me feel rushed, and created a safe space where I felt understood and not judged. Her compassion and guidance have already made a huge difference in my mental health journey, and I always leave my appointments feeling supported and hopeful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about their patients which is very hard to find now a days

Dr. Jill Sayer takes her part in your well-being seriously, with great care. Jill is always patient and listens well and respectfully. When I'm interrupting and jumping topics she keeps it together with a smile. Always thorough, with good questions, research, feedback and follow-through. Her down-to-earth approachable manner eases the way for a productive partnership in the health of your mind, body and maybe even soul

That is kind and easy to open up to and talk to he did not seem uninterested. He seemed very concerned. He was very polite. He genuinely cared and he showed that I would recommend him highly to anyone family or non-family.

She's been as good with me and for me as any doctor as ever been. I trust her completely. I like her. I respect her. I dont think at this point I could be doing much better than that, and I'm glad I'm still seeing her.

This entire office is great. It starts at the window with Destiny and extends to both providers I have seen there. I never have to wait long for my appt. All of my questions are always answered and my medication is always refilled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office.

I am very happy with all of the help that I have received from Dr. Masood. She is very easy to talk to and very understanding. She always gives me good advice at every visit on dealing with my mental health issues which I am very thankful for.
