Except for the long wait to schedule an appt., the experience was very good. Dr. Tetzlaff is relatable and empathetic with a good sense of humor. His clam reassuring demeanor put me at ease right immediately.

Jill is the best. She understands what I'm saying, suggest things to help me accomplish and improve my mental state. I am so grateful that I was able to get into her quickly. She is very compassionate & makes me feel that I am getting the help I need. I can't say enough good about Jill! She is absolutely the best help I have had in a long time. Jill thank you for making me feel that I'm going in the right direction. I always walk out of an appointment feeling better & that I'm heard & that someone cares about my mental health.

Great Dr and staff. Initial waiting period for an appt is long, but there are emergency services available. Sad they are moving to the Sault. Kinross location is convenient especially during bad weather

Jill is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Jillian is very through and I feel she is helping me like no one has been able to hear what I was trying to tell them. Everyone is kind, and willing to help in any way. Thank you for having such good people to treat us all up north.

The EUP is fortunate to have Dr.Mattioli practicing in our area. The level of her knowledge shines through. The most important of her qualities is the ability to listen and not pass judgment. I always feel better leaving the appointment than when I came in. Her advice makes sense and is workable. I would tell anyone to make an appointment and see for themselves. Thank you Dr.MATTIOLI!
