Great Dr and staff. Initial waiting period for an appt is long, but there are emergency services available. Sad they are moving to the Sault. Kinross location is convenient especially during bad weather

Jill is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Jillian is very through and I feel she is helping me like no one has been able to hear what I was trying to tell them. Everyone is kind, and willing to help in any way. Thank you for having such good people to treat us all up north.

The EUP is fortunate to have Dr.Mattioli practicing in our area. The level of her knowledge shines through. The most important of her qualities is the ability to listen and not pass judgment. I always feel better leaving the appointment than when I came in. Her advice makes sense and is workable. I would tell anyone to make an appointment and see for themselves. Thank you Dr.MATTIOLI!

I’ve had truly the best experience with Jill. She is kind, caring and knows her stuff! She’s always explaining things to me about medications, conditions, etc. one of the first doctors that actually makes me feel heard & cared for. Also shout out to the receptionist she is a gem! Always a pleasant experience with her.

Very knowledgeable but the one time I had a mental emergency with anxiety to the point of panic that would not subsides i called and sent Mychart messages 3 times on different days I was sent a response. Got in next day and given appt 8 WEEKS OUT. what a living nightmare for me

That i wish we could talk longer and more in depth about how my TBI is effecting my life and why certain actions happen and are affected and or caused by damage to certain areas damaged from the TBI, and moving forward in life with the disabilities that seem to affect my life as I go on.

One of the best therapists in town. A great listener and great follow up questions. Seems interested in my wellbeing. Makes time when needed and assures you that he can be available for any urgent situations. Thoughtful and courteous of your time. Nice pleasant office environment.

The appointments are a very positive experience, very casual and comfortable, seemingly nonstructured but everything important gets covered.

good experience, Dr Matiloli is very tuned into me as a patient. However I can never reach them by phone. No one answers and it takes a few days to get back with you. When I inquired as to why it takes so long they said they have two offices they have to take care of

I have been seeing Dr T for years. He just makes you feel comfortable and you can talk to him about anything. He is always empathetic and understanding to how I am feeling. He gives me tools to help myself.

I already did tell them this, but he is a beyond phenomenal dr. The genuine care, empathy, appropriate comedic relief, and ability to make a highly anxious person feel at complete ease is like no other. I’ve been to many types of people in his field, and at 35 years old I finally met one that truly cares. Thank you, to the entire team. You can see his passion for helping others.
