She has so much knowledge about everything. It’s nice to have a doctor that I don’t have to question or feel like I’m not being heard and understood. Too often doctors dismiss patients. She’s kind, and so easy to talk to. I know that she is doing what is best for me and continues to provide the best care. I recommend her to literally everyone lol. Thank you Jill & your team! Can’t forget to mention the receptionist that is always so kind and gets back to me asap.

I would say that the support staff (Destiney) and Dr. Tetzlaff are wonderful; easy to talk to/work with; and very understanding/caring.

I've been seeing her for approximately a year I think and frankly feel little change, difference, improvement. Im thinking lately there is just no need for our visits because they dont seem to be going anywhere. I like her, but I will say I'm disappointed.

Receptionist is polite, patient and pleasant. Makes a wonderful impact as she is the first person one sees. Dr. Tetzlaff is genuine, compassionate and very wise.

Dr. Masood is very professional but also personable. She listens well and doesn't try to rush you through the appointment. She's kind and non judgemental. An excellent Dr.!

I am so grateful to have found such a kind and caring psychiatrist. She truly takes the time to listen, never made me feel rushed, and created a safe space where I felt understood and not judged. Her compassion and guidance have already made a huge difference in my mental health journey, and I always leave my appointments feeling supported and hopeful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about their patients which is very hard to find now a days

Dr. Jill Sayer takes her part in your well-being seriously, with great care. Jill is always patient and listens well and respectfully. When I'm interrupting and jumping topics she keeps it together with a smile. Always thorough, with good questions, research, feedback and follow-through. Her down-to-earth approachable manner eases the way for a productive partnership in the health of your mind, body and maybe even soul

That is kind and easy to open up to and talk to he did not seem uninterested. He seemed very concerned. He was very polite. He genuinely cared and he showed that I would recommend him highly to anyone family or non-family.
