Dr. Masood is the best doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients & doesn’t stop until she finds the right medicine and/or care to make their quality of life better. I absolutely love her & would recommend her 100%

The best Psychiatrist anywhere. She will help you the same day of your appointment and schedules a follow-up afterwards. She told me if I ever need to get in to see her, to call the office and she will see me ASAP and always reminds me there are wonderful crisis counselors available at the MyMichigan emergency department 24/7 365 days a year.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Able to prescribe or adjust my meds at day of appointmemt based upon my symptoms. She is very personable with me and knows what to do right away. She is very efficient at my appointment; I have had to call sick few times and staff always understands and reschedules me with first opening available. I have no complaints about anyone there, you have a great team at Dr. Masood's office-please tell them that for me, you may use my name :) [Name]

Very little waiting time. My doctor is caring and interested in what I say and takes notes. Gives me valuable feedback. I would highly recommend Dr. Masood.

I would tell them that they can trust Dr. Masood fully. She is very knowledgeable. Just be patient and she will take care of you. She is also very caring and concerned for your well being. A very kind hearted lady who I owe a lot to.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Absolutely. I moved here 6 yrs ago and Diana was the first and still is my therapist. My insurance has switched to out of pocket and I still will continue to see her because I have a wonderful rapport with her. She has been a great help to me. I trust her completely.

Reception very rarely if ever answer their phone, and do not often call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message on the machine. And they do not call/text you to remind you about appointments.

I would tell them nothing but good things with this provider. I’m so grateful to have Jill as my person. She makes me feel welcomed and listens to me if I have anything to say. l always leave feeling respected and valued. And, that is very important to me! Thank you, Jill and Destiny for making my visits always pleasant!

Jill and all the staff I’ve met so far have exceeded my expectations, there can be a stigma around mental health care but I’ve been shown nothing but compassion and care.
