What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
When I have appointments, I leave feeling like my thoughts/concerns are important and not being pushed to the side. I appreciate the professionalism that is displayed in the office. I look forward to my appointments with Jill. Thank you.
Jill and all the staff I’ve met so far have exceeded my expectations, there can be a stigma around mental health care but I’ve been shown nothing but compassion and care.
I have been going to see Dr. Wilson for a while she is always professional courteous and understanding and she makes sure that I’m OK and I understand that if I talk to her about a subject, she helps me
Diana is caring and we always feel that she’s there for us. Our appointments are always a pleasure and reassuring. Vernon very much looks forward to seeing her. We love you Diana!
Jill has a relaxed and friendly attitude that makes me feel comfortable. She take a whole wellness approach and includes conversation about my therapy and how the two are connected. She seems to generally care about me as a person. I really appreciate her.
Dr Masood is the real deal, she is so intelligent and very kind. I can tell how much she cares for my mental health and wants me to feel better. I am so happy I found her.
Dr. Masood is truly one of the best physicians I have ever met. She is caring kind And so very knowledgeable she has assisted me in understanding MRI results and giving me guidance on how to best live life after multiple stressors. We are so very lucky to have such a capable empathetic extremely intelligent physician in our community bless her.

It would be lovely if they were another physician here that was even close to her talent.
Dr. Masood is and has been very kind, understanding and very good at listening to what I have to say about what I deal with. She's always looking to do what's best for me to help me get better with what I deal with. I feel she's an excellent psychiatrist.

Decrease wait times for appointments. my initial appointment was scheduled 3 months in advance. after my first appointment, the next one isn't for another 3 months, then only once a month after that. i would like to be able to see him sooner and more frequently.

Whoever schedules Dr. Tetzlaff's appointment's has cut his appointments in half with me at least twice now since I've been seeing him and the last time was when I needed the entire time the most and he had to cut our time short. I was upset about that and he did say he would try to see that it doesn't happen again.
Dr. Tetzlaff was very professional at my in person appointment. He explained the questions he was asking me from his computer, at his desk. He took the time to explain the computer test that I was going to begin in another room. He explained the test in layman’s terms, so I could understand the test. As I mentioned earlier, he was very professional. Also his receptionist found a date for this week, it helped my daughter and I to have my appt. moved to Spring Break. The original appt. was scheduled for the summer. I would of had to have waited for my appointment in the middle of the year, and now I will have the results of the test faster.

It's always, as usual, her soft and truly caring attitude that is first and foremost. She really is concerned about everything about which my physical problems affect my mental health plus my home life with husband. She's professional but also personable. I'd highly recommend her.
Jill Sayer took the time to listen to my problems and concerns. She took careful notes and made her recommendations. She explained everything very well and set up a follow up appointment. It was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I was very pleased.
Dr. Tetzlaff is always kind, friendly, and understanding of my needs (panic attacks). And will walk me through the process and the trauma when we discuss these during therapy. He remembers what I say and will even ask me about positive things going on in my life.
