Ashley was very kind professional and supportive while she explained the palliative care process. Unfortunately we needed hospice , not palliative care.

Laura is an awesome person. She has seen us through some tough times. She always had time to talk with us and help us through this cancer journey. My husband is doing well, and Laura makes us see that and encourages us to get back out there.

Ashlee listen to what you have to say. Doesn't rush the visit. She's doesn't want to do the hard way she wants to do it the comfortable way. Making sure the patient is comfortable and getting what they need . Ashlee is the best

Ashlee is very understanding and listens to me thoroughly without any problem. Always figuring out a plan to meet my need. I apprentice Ashlee and her staff. Her staff was rude to me in the beginning but has to seem very understanding and her attitude has improved immensely. She's been wonderful to my daughter and I thank you for that. I knew nothing about palliative care. We are so happy to have gotten Kelly, she is informative, patient, kind, very helpful. We would recommend palliative care before hospice, she helped us with paperwork, gave advice, and got to know us before moving on to hospice. After 2 yrs of knowing Kelly it was difficult saying goodbye to her. We wish her the best.

I have enjoyed getting to know Laura and she always has time to listen to my concerns and help me in any way she can. It is obvious that before she comes to my house that she has went over my records and is willing to take the time to explain them to me.

Ashley was very nice and compassionate. We had to mention some very difficult things, but she talked about them very professionally and with compassion. I felt she listened to what we were saying and tried to find the best option for my situation. My family and I felt very comfortable talking to Ashley.
