Kelly is very personable and friendly. She comes Reddy with all the information that she needs about me. She asks questions about how I feel but prescriptions I’m taking and if they work. She’s very kind and understanding and she knows what she’s talking about.

It is nice to have someone call the doctors to get answers when we can get them when we call.

I wasn’t helped at all and was insulted she wrote I was cognitively slow after meeting me once virtually. I am NOT and she knew little about my condition. She even said we’re all going to die in regards to needing hospice in future and I explained how badly I’ve declined in 6 months and I can’t breathe and it didn’t matter.

Everyone has been great, when ever I call in a script it gets sent in immediately. The girl that answers the phone is just as nice as can be. Debora is always very nice when she comes to my house. Very happy with the way I have been treated

Laura is the best. She is always polite and interested in my person's life. My person enjoyed every visit with Laura and would perk up every time she came to visit. Laura would remember all the little things and make the appointment feel personal.
