I’d recommend Debbie to anybody she’s courteous. She listens very well and she does care for the people she’s working with you could not ask for any better from anybody like she is I appreciate everything she’s done and more. Thank you.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Deborah is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with many challenging items within the MyMichigan health care system. I'm in the process of transitioning Oncology care from [Hospital, City, State] where I've spent the past 6 years in and out of clinical trials from Phase 1 -3. It's been challenging finding the physician resources that I need in order to continue my long standing battle against cancer. Deborah has aided me in finding the proper resources in Mid-Michigan.

Deborah is a very bright spot during this dark time in my life. She is compassionate, she listens to everything I say, offering advice, showing genuine concern. I feel so fortunate that she came into my life; I will always be grateful for her kindness and really appreciate her helpful counseling.

She’s very good at her job and it’s really convenient That she comes to my house and checks me out so I don’t have to go to the doctors office. I really enjoy her coming. She’s very friendly and a caring person. I think her very much for all she does.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The medical field has become a difficult maze to navigate. I am helping my mother with her health concerns. She would absolutely be unable to do the things I am doing. That has always been the difficulty, but now the number of specialist involved has increased the difficultyexponentially. I looked to palliative care to help me navigate this situation. I looked to palliative care to help me navigate this situation. That may not be the role of palliative care, but an obvious partner was needed. Situations change quickly, and many decisions are needed to be made. Palliative care may have been a good resource, but I have not yet received a call from them or reached out to them.

I had an in-home visit so I did not have an opportunity to experience Deborah Maschinos Office, but the in-home Visit experience was wonderful

We did not see her at her office. She came to the house for our mother‘s initial visit for palliative care. She was very professional listened to what we had to say and answered any questions that we had and has scheduled her first appointment for May 15 and will be coming out and checking on our mom once a month. Deborah did an awesome job. We are looking forward to her working with us and our mom.

Very friendly, Helpful,was very interested in what I had to say. Explained anything I had doubt or questions about. A great visit, looking forward to the next visit. First time here was a home (mine)visit.
