Jaimee was absolutely the best helping my get back after breaking both of my wrists. She helped relieve me of a lot of anxiety after my fall. She is a very compassionate caretaker. The team went well above my expectations during and after my surgery.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I saw Jaimee on a follow up appointment to get my stitches out after surgery. She and the rest of the staff were outstanding in answering my questions and helping me get back on track. I had a lot of anxiety after breaking both my wrists but Jaimee was very calming and caring during my visits.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I had a great deal of trouble getting an appointment for gel injections, getting the runaround frequently. The person responsible for making the appointment was, it seemed, overwhelmed, disorganized, and inept. They can do better. I now have the appointments but it was unnecessarily difficult to do so.

I experienced a traumatic fall and was from out of town. I broke both of my wrists and needed surgery on them. Shane and his staff were outstanding in getting me seen quickly and scheduling surgery. The entire staff was amazing through the whole ordeal. Our entire experience at War Memorial was excellent.

Shane woolover great doctor. Nurses generally good. The front receptionist I would be embarrassed to take anyone on in front of her. To be honest I don’t like going to the office for how disrespectful she is. She’s very rude. Her attitude is so poor and unprofessional I don’t see why she is a receptionist. She doesn’t like people or at least me. People should be trained in how to work with all types of people. Someone who suffers from great depression great anxiety and panic disorder and ptsd this woman will make you feel greatly uncomfortable. Generally when a person window is open you can approach I did and was yelled at to back away from the desk. Will be reaching out to patient relations.

I was addressed by the staff as soon as I stepped in the door, was told I would be called back soon. I was called back at the time my appointment was scheduled, was asked the general questions and blood pressure, and oxygen levels was done. Was told that Jaime would be in shortly, and she was. She showed me pictures of both of my knees and explained them. We agreed that I am in need a new knees. I have appointment for [Month]. to discuss with the doctor have one done.
