I have had this physician rebuild and replace new bones in my body for the last 10 years. My family will not go to any other ortho doctor. Its nice to see a doctor that knows and retains a patients medical history.. i hope the hospital can keep him in the My Health system.

I came into Dr. Woolever office with a lacerated tendon on my right index finger. All of the care that I received was excellent. My only concern is that I was not given proper follow up instructions after my sutures were removed. My finger was supposed to remain in a splint and not be bent for 6 weeks post op surgery. These instructions nor a brace for my finger were ever discussed and only after contacting the office due to severe pain and swelling was I even given these instructions. My concern is how much further I would be in my recovery had I been given the appropriate follow up care instructions.

Was responsive to getting location of MRI changed. That saved me 3 weeks of continues pain

Doctor Woolover did a fine job. I would’ve liked to have seen the x-ray. A patient or a patient’s parent should see the x-ray. His direct staff is fine, except for the first person that came in that might have been a temp that asked my son the questions and took his heart rate, etc. Whoever this woman was with a tattoo on her left arm she was absolutely terrible. It’s a strong statement to make. But let me explain why. She walked in the room never even looked at me. Never even talk to me never introduced herself. She had her back turned to me the entire time. She only talked to my [age]-year-old son and only asked him questions. She was a very unhappy person for reasons unknown. I don’t know this woman or why she was so stern and purposely would not converse or connect with me the parent at all. Very strange experience.

A bit confusing because I was thinking Jamie bro was a surgeon on my first visit and she ordered PT. Pt has been great but should issue persists. Now I see Dr. Wolover and he seems to clearly understand what is wrong. Wants me to continue PT for 4 more weeks. Very quick little fast visit with him.

I'd say that even though they are extremely busy, they do take the extra few minutes to help the patient understand what is happening and what to expect down the road to happen.
