He performed 2 joint surgeries on me. The results were excellent. After surgery pain was very minimal. Dr Murphy and his staff provided great service.

Unluckily Dr. Murphy is retiring so I can no longer recommend him. A family member and I have been operated on by Dr. Murphy and foun the following-up quite satisfactory. I shall miss Dr.Murphy and wish him much success and happiness on this new part of his life.

Melissa is a good listener and answered all of my questions. She did not rush me and took time to carefully listen to me.. she offered several suggestions. I would say she’s a valuable member of Dr John Murphy‘s team.

Melissa is very much interested in my health and recovery from my shoulder surgery. She is very reassuring that things will be okay and recovery is going smoothly. She seemed rushed as the appointment time was nearing the end.

Dr. Murphy has always been a kind in caring doctor and I always felt comfortable in his office. I hate to see him go but when it’s time to retire it’s time I wish him all the best him and his family go green.

Very professional and attentive. She answered all of my questions first. She didn’t use words that I didn’t understand. Looking forward to interacting with Melissa again.

Melissa has always been understanding to my many conditions though they're just taking care of my knee replacement. Being aware of my neuro function symptom disorder and fibromyalgia which in heightened pain and sometimes the pain is not from where it's at. She's very knowledgeable on orthopedics and explains it very well to me to understand. I recommend her to all my friends family

Professional I will say when I have an appointment and told arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time does not make sense. Had to wait a half hour to be seen. My time is important too.

Melissa was very business like, just matter of fact, tick off the list and move on. I did not get a warm caring feeling type of personality. She did present as knowledgeable. I guess I just expected someone who would reassure me that everything with my knee replacement surgery would go well and that I was in good hands.

The care I received is life change in the best way. Dr Murphy explained what to expect with my surgery and recovery and were up front with what I needed to do to make the knee replacement a success. The cherry on top is barely having a scar. That’s excellence! I’m just sad he’s retiring and won’t be doing my other knee. But I wish him a long and healthy retirement.

Dr Murphy did a total knee replacement on my right knee. He was excellent prior to, during and after the procedure. He was patient and comforting to me through it all. I wd definitely have him again

I'm not impressed by her, she treated me as if I should already know the answers to my questions as if I've had this major surgery done before, which I have not. Very business like, not encouraging, almost feel like I'm a waste of her time, didn't make me feel warm and welcomed. Rarely smiled .
