Professional I will say when I have an appointment and told arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time does not make sense. Had to wait a half hour to be seen. My time is important too.

Melissa was very business like, just matter of fact, tick off the list and move on. I did not get a warm caring feeling type of personality. She did present as knowledgeable. I guess I just expected someone who would reassure me that everything with my knee replacement surgery would go well and that I was in good hands.

I missed my appointment time by 3 hours, but they worked me in. They’re great!

The care I received is life change in the best way. Dr Murphy explained what to expect with my surgery and recovery and were up front with what I needed to do to make the knee replacement a success. The cherry on top is barely having a scar. That’s excellence! I’m just sad he’s retiring and won’t be doing my other knee. But I wish him a long and healthy retirement.

Dr Murphy did a total knee replacement on my right knee. He was excellent prior to, during and after the procedure. He was patient and comforting to me through it all. I wd definitely have him again

I'm not impressed by her, she treated me as if I should already know the answers to my questions as if I've had this major surgery done before, which I have not. Very business like, not encouraging, almost feel like I'm a waste of her time, didn't make me feel warm and welcomed. Rarely smiled .

She is very knowledgeable about medications and side effects. She caught the labs indicating stage 2 kidney failure and medication responsible. After stopping Naprosin, I was able to reverse my numbers to normal levels. She explains in a way you can easily understand and provides answers to questions.
