I feel safe and very comfortable at Sault Womens health with Andrea and the staff. They’re very nice, and understanding. I have such anxiety going to appointments alone. I am super thankful to have Andrea Donemeyer as my provider.

Most women feel shy about going to an ob-gyn was very personal problems and sometimes we don't say everything we want to say because we don't think we'll be heard but this particular doctor and facility takes all the Care out of it because they care about you and they listen to you and the answer anything you ask and you don't feel embarrassed or anything because they are very professional. I never felt embarrassed and I felt that my problem was being taken care of finally and I felt safe and comfortable when I left I'm so thankful that I found this good doctor.

I would recommend if they wanted to be treated with respect and as intelligent this is the place you want to go for good results because the interaction with staff and doctor was always very professional yet courteous and I left feeling that everything that I wanted to know was taken care of and answered and I was safe with all the problems in the world it's good to have a place to go where you can be handled in such an intelligent and careful manner that you can say that.

Sarah Amo was very professional, she was very straight forward and informational with me about what I was dealing with. She provided me with comfort and reassurance. She kept me calm and level headed as I had to undergo a procedure I have never expirenced before. Dr.Sarah Amo really was excellent and I can't thank her enough for being such an outstanding health care provider. She defintley made all the difference in this over all expirence for me. I will continue to see her for all my medical situations from here on out.

Dr Amo was very thorough with the exam, staff very friendly. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in to see Dr Amo until months after my call.

I have used Dr Sorah for 2 pregnancies now and have never felt like he didnt do what he could to look into my concerns and order tests to look into things. His nurse Elizabeth is hands down my favorite nurse in Sault Ste. Marie.

I like the provider, but the secretarial services are awful. It was such a pain trying to get any information from the doctor when I called. The first secretary seemed okay, but the newer trainee was awful. I called a handful of different times and she was incredibly unhelpful. She would give her best guess to my questions and did not consult the doctor or nurse to try to find the right answer. It got to the point where I made my husband start calling and asking questions because I could not stand trying to get ahold of the secretary. More than half the time I called during business hours, the secretary did not answer. If you live in the Soo, it would be okay to walk in and try to catch a nurse or doctor; for someone who lives an hour away, it’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. I’m really glad I was able to send messages through MyChart. The medical team responded to me on there. I had absolutely no luck getting any information from the secretary.

Dr. Amo called me herself when she knew I was concerned about the results of the pathology report. I really appreciated that she called as soon as she had the results

After a traumatic experience elsewhere, Dr. Amo helped calm my anxiety about going back to see a gynecologist. She is always professional and takes the time needed. I would recommend to anyone young or old.

The way you handle and talk to your patient should be alittle lighter and Sensitive and Knowledgeable for the patients. It's not normal to have cist on your ovaries your whole entire life. I literally don't have kids cause of cist. Be more understanding

The doctor was professional, but as far as the healthcare providers are concerned they didn't help me provide my needs. When I'm trying to set up my appointment I was told that there was no one to help me get on the table being in the wheelchair. Is answering me that a person would be denied medical Care if I did not have someone to help me. There were three nursing staff members that you not even provide the help that could have been used. So as far as nursing staffing is concerned, I was very unsatisfied
