Dr Minnec is an expert in his field. He is so knowledgeable about anything that you ask regarding your care. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very easy to talk to, and he listens carefully. Dr Minnec respects you and your concerns. He offers options and follows up with you as promised. As an awesome bonus, he has an AMAZING sense of humor too! š

Best Dr. ever. Listens to what I say and has always put my health as his main concern whenever I see him. I followed him from Saginaw. I will gladly make the trip for his knowledge and compassion.

Above and beyond the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. The compassion and care that I was shown left a huge impression. Doctors visits are always right on time and my concerns are addressed straight away.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Communication between staff, nurses, and doctors is poor. Documentation of patients visits and medical information needs to be shared with other doctors to better treat the patient. No notes have ever been added to my chart about discussions I have had with other doctors in the office according to nurses and reception staff. Therefore what one doctor says needs to be done is not relayed to the next doctor that you see and treatment plans fall through.

I felt he was very concerned and took time to listen and explain to me how he was going to help me. He never seem to rush off if I had a question he willingly took time to listen and explain to me what I ask about. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I feel indifferent about Dr. Hartfiel. Who was informative and listened, but I didnāt feel super comfortable welcomed by him. I felt as if he didnāt really know me and kind of berated me about how he would drop me as a patient if I didnāt do everything he asked. The way he was talking about that with me felt rude. I am a patient that is coming to him to seek care for my pregnancy. This is also not my first pregnancy and I have seen OB doctors before. I am not one to seek out a doctor and then not follow doctors orders. I felt the conversation could have been handled a little differently. I donāt feel 100% comfortable with him, but willing to try to continue services before switching providers. I want to feel completely comfortable and trusting in my provider I also want to feel I can come to them with my concerns and questions. Iām not sure I feel that with dr. Hartfiel.

Dr. Hartfiel is awesome and I highly recommend his. He is curious and professional. He does not talk down to patients like some doctors have to me in the past.

We sit there and wait longer than the actual visit with the doctor. Every time we go in for a scheduled appointment it takes more time to wait in the room vs actually seeing him. And almost never looks at my chart at all. Was asking things that I specifically told the nurse to note to him.

This was the first time I have had an exam and it didn't hurt. Justine is amazing! She listened to all of my questions and concerns. I have never felt more comfortable at a gyno appointment.

This doctor will listen to you, and not try to brush away what you think may be going on with your body. He is respectful, very knowledgeable. He is willing to listen to you takes his time in gathering all the information he doesnāt run you through like a herd of cattle in his office. Staff is very respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend this doctor to any woman that is needing a gynecologist.
