I did not feel the Dr. Hartfiel listened to me when I stated I was starting menopause and my concerns. He seemed to rush the appointment and brush off what my concerns were. He was 40 minutes late for my appointment and did not apologize. If I can find another doctor , I will. His staff members were very nice and professional but he was NOT.

My appointment was set to start at 10am. I arrived well before 10am. I was not seen until 10:42. My concerns were ignored completely. I was treated like I was stupid. It was very dismissive and I did not even get my exam completed. I had to wait over a month for this appointment in the first place.

What a caring and exceptional gynecologist/surgeon!
He is honest, supportive and informative. His passion for his work is very evident.
I am blessed that he me gave me choices and patiently worked with me.
A non-invasive surgery was right for me.
I now have a much better quality of life!

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Thomas Minnec’s caring and expertise! From first visit through surgery and post-op care, he was the very best! I hope more people can become aware in our community that he and his great staff are here. Especially for women with pelvic disfunction, there is no need to quietly suffer. We have options! Justine and Megan were very kind, professional and respectful. I have birth and sexual trauma and they made me feel safe and in control of my health. Very glad to have them!

I tell my family and friends that Dr Minnec has changed my life for the better. Many of my friends and coworkers already know and love Dr Minnec. I finally feel heard about my body and he listens to what I am looking for in care.

I already have told them how well she listened and that I feel she definitely has my best interest in mind. I Especially appreciate that she took time with me and didn't rush me out like almost all doctors offices due. She showed me compassion and respect. Also, I was very impressed that she was willing and even offered to check into some things for me rather than just giving me quick flip answers. I feel very lucky to have found Justine and Marrisa (I hope I got her name right).

She listens to any concers and questions you may have, and answers them. If she is unable to answer them, she gets you a answer right away. She explains before she does any sort of care on you. Shes very gentle and kind!

I loved Justine! She's wonderful. I just had bad experience with the office as they didnt call back after talking with them 3 times. I needed a quick response and it didnt happen even after told I would receive calls back. It wasn't Justine, it was the office staff. Im giving them another chance because I like Justine so much.

I only met the doctor one time. He's doing my surgery in [MONTH]. I liked him very much and I told him he reminded me of the Pope. The whole staff is very friendly and I very much appreciate their care.

From the minute you enter his office his receptionists are welcoming and efficient! Such a pleasure … especially when nervous about appointment. Dr Hartfiel made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain procedure. So appreciated the Dr. and staff.
