Justine is super kind, and very informative. Her staff as well. I really appreciate having a female OB as I have had negative experiences with male OBs in the past. Thoes said male OBs have always made me feel uncomfortable or anxious and like my pain was not valid. In such ways that I had refrained from making routine PAP appointments bc of how uncomfortable I was. I am beyond thankful to have her as apart of my care team now. Huge thank you to Dr.Morris and her staff. They make you feel like a friend not just a patient. Which is very refreshing when dealing with such personal information, testing and procedures that can feel embarrassing. I never once did they make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. I truly appreciate her team and herself.

Dr Minnec goes above and beyond for his patients, and always provides exceptional care! He has a true passion for his job. He is very clear with his answers and will rephrase if you do not understand. He is very respectful as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He is the best! He was my doctor in Saginaw and when he came to West Branch I followed. He is very knowledgeable and cares about you. He listens then gives you his opinion on what’s next for you,he makes sure you know and understand all options. He lets you ask 100 questions and answers them so you can understand. No other way to say he is the best.

Justine is honestly the only provider whom I feel the most comfortable and confident with, I genuinely wish with all my heart she was the one to do my cesarean surgery especially given the fact the person whom was scheduled to do my cesarean from the beginning of my care cannot anymore. Which in-turn stresses me out more than it probably should but generally speaking would like to have an established relationship with the doctor who is going to have their hands inside my abdomen which now I currently do not. However if she could, I would choose her 100% because she’s been nothing but a kind human being towards me regardless of circumstances. Never made me feel stupid or lesser than even though she is obviously more knowledgeable than I could ever be given subjective matter, never was off Standish or treated me like just another number within the medical system. Which for a pregnant woman whom has been previously diagnosed with C-PTSD is worth more than gold in my eyes.

Justine and Marissa always make me feel so comfortable every time I see them for an appointment. Both are very understanding and have a way of making a not so exciting type of visit, like a normal visit. I feel very heard and understood when I talk to them and they never make me feel like my questions are silly. This is the only provider Ill go to for GYN because of the professionalism and care Justine and Marissa show. I always recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Hartfiel is absolutely outstanding. He goes above and beyond every time. You can feel how much he truly cares. His knowledge, kindness, and commitment make him one of the best. I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor. At [AGE] I had a total laparoscopic surgery. The questions I had, I was given direct and honest truth. In a moment I was tearful. He showed me empathy. By calmly talking me through it. I highly recommend Dr.Hartfiel for your OBGYN.

Dr. Minnec is a great guy and a great doctor. Super personable, always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and heard and lets you know every move he makes before he makes it. Answers all of your questions thoughtfully, and is very considerate. Never had an issue with this doctor

Great ppl at the front desk & in the back- friendly & interested in my back story. I wasn't rushed at all even tho I had been squeezed in as an extra patient that day..
