Kind and friendly staff. Dr. Lawson greeted me with a smile and some fun banter before we got to the appointment. He listens carefully and asked questions. Overall, I feel comfortable at his office and speaking with him about my issues.

I prefer to deal with Angelina or Nicole. More patience. Break things down in lame terms. Make sure I have understanding before I leave. I must say my last visit was actually with Doctor and it went better than expected.

Have been trying to get some kind of help since last October. A little tired of being pushed around from one doctor to another with statements like "Don't understand why you were sent here" " this doctor doesn't do hip surgery" "I could give you new hips but the problem is it wouldn't help because your problem is in your back" . Finally feel like Dr Lawson may be able to help. Had an understandable conversation with him, some helpful suggestions, and fitted for a brace & a future appointment scheduled. Ask me again after the next appointment in May. Hopefully there will be some answers on my problem & a way to help with the pain control. Try to be patient & optometrist about the next appointment.

Not really sure. Had a good experience with Dr Lawson but only one with him. Liked his bed side manor and honesty with me. The rest of the staff not sure about yet. I have been shuffled around these doctors & offices since [MONTH] last year & just now finally feel like I am going to get some answers & hopefully get so help with the whole painful situation. Time will tell. At least now I feel like the doctor has an interest in helping me.

Absolutely love this office. Every single person that we have come in contact with from the front desk when you arrive to scheduling when you leave and everyone in between are fantastic. Kind, courteous, and professional. Again cannot say enough about all the staff.

I don't understand why my PCP thought I needed to go see him in person. I didn't tell him anything she couldn't have told him over the phone. He didn't examine me or do or order any tests. Couldn't my doctors have just talked to each other on the phone?

Meeting Dr.Adel was an unpleasant experience. Upon entering the room he spoke to me in a condescending/aggressive tone which persisted throughout my appt. He didnt ask why I was there but made repeated comments about me wanting surgery “just to not take medicine” I never said that to him & Im unsure why the comment was repeated multiple times; if it was a note from my file, it wasnt a fair or accurate representation of my reasoning. He made me feel like I was wasting his time & ridiculous for considering surgery. He spoke as if to discourage the tumor removal but when I asked him directly he plainly said “Surgery is an option otherwise you wouldnt be here”. I hoped to get his professional opinion but he didnt seem willing to give it. As this went on I became emotional; he thought it was over the topic at hand & responded w/“Why are you crying? I treat patients who actually have cancer & thats not what this is-you should be grateful”.Im not comfortable seeking further care from Dr.Adel

Elizabeth is amazing. I feel heard and cared for as I recover from a car accident injury that triggered something else I had going on. I would recommend her to everyone since she gives the best care I have ever received while assessing everything and taking the time to explain things that I don’t always understand. I appreciate her and the whole staff.

Everything has been great until this past week. I was told 3 times that pain meds would be called in by Friday afternoon. I called at 3:45 Friday afternoon to confirm that they would be called in, and I was reassured. I had to go 2 1/2 days with no pain medication. Not acceptable!
