What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The check-in receptionist always seems to be on the phone and never able to get you checked in as you're standing there with a bad back and you can't stand there that long, she seems aloof to the problem. The rest of the staff seems to be quite attentive to what my needs are.

Dr. Khan is wonderful, his staff are great. They seem to really care and tell you what you need to know, how to prepare for what they need you to do next and they listen to what you have to say. They also have a very warm and welcoming energy in the office and waiting room.

He is an awesome doctor. Very kind and considerate and listens to what you have to say. The work he did on my back was superb and I am really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend the doctor to anybody that needed neurosurgery.

I would tell them how Dr Adel found the main problem that brought me into the ER the very 1st time, even if it took him all day, he saved my Life that day ! He is Awesome at what he does and is the BEST Brain / Neurosurgeon in my Opinion in the World to take over Dr Fields Position 💯 % you put your Life in his hands and he will take care of you, that’s what he does …

Make sure appointments are in person or else they forget about you, after requiring an MRI, with that visit supposed to be going over the results. They never called for the telehealth appointment and when I called the office it was scheduled out of, that office was already closed, prior to 1600 hours. I called Saginaw and they said to keep waiting. I waited for over 2 hours for a 1500 appointment. No call no show from Dr. Lawson, or anyone from the office. If I no call no show, I get charged a penalty. But it’s ok for a physician to do it and then no one offer any explanations or follow up. I live in 9/10 pain every single day, following surgery. Something needs to be done before I lose my mind.

Dr. Lawson and his staff are excellent. I feel listened to, and valued as a patient. Dr. Lawson takes the time to explain everything and doesn't rush. He doesn't make you feel like you are just a number. You can tell that he loves what he does. He has a genuine heart for people.

From following up to schedule a referral, to on-site recption/registration, to initial nurse interaction, to interview and testing by NP, to evaluation appointment with Dr. Adel, the experience was clearly a 10 out of 10. All interactions were pleasant and professional. Questions were answered with thoughtful and easy to understand explanations. We also were informed of when we would hear lab results and what to expect next.

Dr Adele and office staff friendly, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate patients and family. I would always recommend them to family and friends. I will return whenever I have an issue I know they can handle.
