What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Sinclair is fantastic! The office staff is not. I called and left 3 msgs over 5 days before someone called me back. I missed the call & left 2 more msgs over 4 days before somebody called me back. Then I got no answers and just nonsense.. The person who checked us in on [DATE] was rude and no basic people skills for dealing with seniors with dementia. On [DATE] the nurse ran thru questions and did not listen to patient’s answers. I had to call it out and she did apologize and proceeded to listen. That said, it’s an unacceptable error when you’re a medical professional who is asking a patient medical Q’s. And lastly I will add the office has a problem with receiving a fax and they said it usually doesn’t work if it rains. Crazy unacceptable. That’s not all but I’m done sharing. The most important thing is that Dr. Sinclair is providing excellent care to the patient, my mother, and we are so grateful to have him as her neurologist.

Provider was great. Unable to get phone calls returned regarding questions about medication when contacting office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I called the office all week to find out when my dad‘s PET scan was scheduled and I never received a call back despite leaving three separate messages. I went so far as to call McLaren to see if an appointment had been scheduled. They gave me a fax number to bring to the office to give to the nurse to send the orders to. When I went in person to ask why this hasn’t been scheduled they said we were supposed to choose a location to have the PET scan done. Very frustrating process.

Doctor Sinclair is very easy talk to explain my problem very clearly to me going to have MRI done look at it closer. Very satisfied being referred to him!!

He is an excellent neurologist. He works hard to help you with health issues and very smart when it comes to medicine, etc.

Dr Sinclair is great, very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. I find it very hard to get an answer from his office staff but otherwise I would highly recommend him.

The staff in the doctor were excellent very nice but had I known it was going to be a video appointment I think I’ve could’ve done that from home as I live in [CITY, STATE] and I could’ve done it by phone here

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Sinclair has had nothing but my interests in mind while determining my physical therapy, medications, and overall the reaching of my health goals. He actually listens to what I have to say and genuinely cares about all of his patients.I have spoken with a few different folks at physical therapy and have heard the same about their own treatment. It is very rare to find a specialist with the amount of care and thought about all issues surrounding each individual patient.

Dr Sinclair is top notch. When my prescriptions need refills in between appts, I have never had to wait on him for more than 24 hours (even on weekends). He is caring, compassionate and a generally nice man. You can tell he cares about his patients.
