Dr. Sinclair is the best doc I have had in decades! He listens, he actually “thinks” and provides “clinical” medicine and does not iust do medicine by rote. All pistons are firing with Dr. Sinclair. He’s gracious, caring and never makes me feel insignificant or like this is a one-sided team where I have no valid insight or input. What a rarity! I am extremely saddened by his leaving this region. First hope for help I have had in decades. Anything that did not run smoothly in his office, in my estimation, was due to staff/staffing, the lack of sufficient amounts of neurologists in this region ( ie: the doc was spread too thin to provide as many appts as appropriate or necessary), and the system itself. I also believe the staff may be overworked with fewer employees than needed, and a few seem to be apathetic or ambivilent towards their job.

Dr. Sinclair takes the time and talks with you and makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan options. He’s willing to “think outside the box” to figure out what treatment options are best and get everyone including insurance on board with treatment options! I/we appreciate all he has done for myself and my son. Him leaving scares me, leaves me with uncertainty about being able to find another Neurologist, doubtful in our area, that not only cares for their patients but also believes in their patients as much as Dr. Sinclair . He will be truly missed.

Dr Sinclair is a very good Dr and I have appreciated his knowledge and medical care. I wish he could’ve been here in person more often. The day after my appointment I got a letter notifying me that he will be leaving, I wish he would’ve told me himself, when we video chatted, I would’ve had more questions, while talking with him. He provided good care for me.

The office staff is horrible to work with. Don’t expect to see Dr. Sinclair more than once every six months. When you’re seen, the appointments are short, but decent. He did address the problems I was having.

Dr Sinclair and his staff always treat me with friendly and professional care. Everything is explained and I followup with the app for visit summaries to help with knowing my care moving forward. Dr Sinclair has clear and concise communication each time we meet. I am thankful for his care as my neurologist.

The doctor is amazing and I would always recommend him but the other staff in the office (specifically the desk staff) are just horrible. They don't seem to care about their patients or about doing their jobs.

I am extremely thankful to have had Dr. Sinclair as a provider for the past several years. His medical knowledge is very in depth, reaching far beyond his neurology specialty. His keen listening skills and personability are traits were evident during each of my visits. He is a wonderful doctor and human being, and I, like everyone else, will miss him. He has been an instrument of God, and I wish him the very very best in his new position and chapter of his life!! Thank You!

Dr. Sinclair seems to be knowledgeable about treatment options. Staff are friendly in person but can’t get a hold of anyone when you call or get a call back. When they call you for referrals and have a concern the staff are condescending and dismiss your concerns as if it is ridiculous.

Dr. Sinclair takes his time with you, listens carefully and digs to find the answers to my problems. I've had other neurologist say I just need therapy, but Dr.Sinclair takes my problems seriously and actually finds something wrong and then treats that issue. The staff is very friendly and also takes what is happening seriously. I appreciate all they have done for me so far.

Dr. Sinclair is fantastic! The office staff is not. I called and left 3 msgs over 5 days before someone called me back. I missed the call & left 2 more msgs over 4 days before somebody called me back. Then I got no answers and just nonsense.. The person who checked us in on [DATE] was rude and no basic people skills for dealing with seniors with dementia. On [DATE] the nurse ran thru questions and did not listen to patient’s answers. I had to call it out and she did apologize and proceeded to listen. That said, it’s an unacceptable error when you’re a medical professional who is asking a patient medical Q’s. And lastly I will add the office has a problem with receiving a fax and they said it usually doesn’t work if it rains. Crazy unacceptable. That’s not all but I’m done sharing. The most important thing is that Dr. Sinclair is providing excellent care to the patient, my mother, and we are so grateful to have him as her neurologist.

I called the office all week to find out when my dad‘s PET scan was scheduled and I never received a call back despite leaving three separate messages. I went so far as to call McLaren to see if an appointment had been scheduled. They gave me a fax number to bring to the office to give to the nurse to send the orders to. When I went in person to ask why this hasn’t been scheduled they said we were supposed to choose a location to have the PET scan done. Very frustrating process.
