What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Sinclair was able to get a new drug approved with my insurance company and it seems to be doing very well for me. After having this autoimmune disorder for over 25 years that has made walking very difficult I finally have a neurologist who is trying to fight the disease rather than just mask it.

Love him as my neurologist! Cannot say enough great things about him. His nursing staff on the other hand…at least the ones who answer emails and answer your questions via the telephone, have been VERY unsatisfactory in my opinion. They have NOT let me know about upcoming tests, x rays, mri etc. on numerous occasions. I have accidentally stumbled across scheduled appointments in my portal that I never was informed were set up. As far as email communication the staff has been terrible about letting Dr. Sinclair know about my concerns and requests. I t has at one point taken up to 8 weeks to FINALLY GET AN ANSWER from his nurse regarding my concerns. I was told by the nurse that it was up to them to deem which emails that the nurses thought deserved to be brought to his attention. And several times my prescriptions were not called in a in a timely manner one time I had to call his office looking for them to call in to pharmacy! His regular nurse is less than friendly or compassionate.

Dr. Sinclair is absolutely the best. He takes the time to listen to his patients and will work hard to find out what is wrong. However, the support staff are not friendly and do not return phone calls.

Dr. Sinclair is always familiar with my medical history at each visit. He asks questions pertinent to my condition, he listens carefully, & he explains options in language I understand. Office staff has always been helpful and professional.

Best dr I've ever saw .he is very concerned about my health and well being. Very passionate and professional. Any problems i have he always refers me to the right professional care. I highly recommend him. He gets a prefect 10 from me i don't have anything negative to say about him.

Good provider. However- Takes to long to set up referrals. Very little follow through by office staff and when they do follow through it might not be accurate, actually wrong.

Best neurologist ive had since my previous one retired. His office is close to my home so it's convenient. He listens to what I have to say and he's worked wonders gaining some control over my migraine headaches. I will recommend him to everyone I know

Dr. Sinclair is a one in a thousand doctor when it comes to his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. He has done more and my health than almost any other doctor I have ever seen. His knowledge base of the human neurological system is unmatched in my experience.

This office has made me feel comfortable enough to come to my appointments alone. Dr. Sinclair is one of the nicest caring doctors I’ve been to in a long time. The nurses in the staff are excellent. I’m really grateful to be able to see him in this office.
