Dr Malek is very organized and detailed about walking us through the complex treatment process we are receiving and explains the response and the treatment options that we have available. He very gently explains the undesirable side effects and how he can proceed with the treatment. Even though we have been unable to continue with optimal treatment options, he doesn’t give us false hope, but a definite treatment plan to follow and an evaluation plan to ensure that we have all the information we need to proceed with, or to suspend treatment. We are very grateful to him for this.
