We depend on Matt Flegel and his staff for prompt, professional excellent healthcare, and they have always provided it.

Very friendly, understanding and give the utmost support in whatever you need medically. If you need to lose weight, they give you all sorts of tips as to how or give you a list of excerises you can do from your couch. If you’re having trouble remembering to take your meds? They give you ideas to help remember. They’re fantastic and I’ve never had another office like this anywhere else I’ve been.

Dr Reichmann is always courteous - and always is not a word I use often much like never, but where his demeanor and level of professionalism, care and compassion are being discussed - it fits. I’m [Name]’s foster parent, her biological parent was also present and she is often not easy to please. At the end of the visit After Dr Reichmann left mom looked at me and said, “oh my god, I love him! Can all my kids come see him!” To know mom you would understand that is high praise. It’s because he took the time to explain and address her concerns. He spoke to her at her level, he didn’t belittle and she didn’t feel rushed. We always feel seen, heard, understood and validated. Don’t misunderstand me, Dr Reichmann also push’s back when necessary and in way that is respectful and well received. He has a way with ppl of all ages and from all walks of life.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Reichmann is an incredible doctor. I recommend him quite highly. It is rare to have a doctor listen, understand, and work with you the way that he does. He also is willing to suggest creative and innovative treatment options; proving he stays on top of current medical research. He encourages his patients to lead health-focused lifestyles and to be proactive about healthy diets and appropriate physical activity. The addition of a nurse to his practice has been nothing but a net positive, and his new receptionist is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Excellent doctor,very impressed with Dr. Reichman. Nursing staff also. Have had to call the office two times when prescriptions didn't get to the pharmacy.
