What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That it is very hard to get fallow ups after being in the hospital, and the receptionist doesn't seem to know what she is doing, we miss Emily.

It is important to have a positive, trusting relationship with your practitioners. I am very lucky to have that with mine.

There is one receptionist who is rude and not willing to try to help you find an opening. I was told very rudely 'well if you have an appointment you better just keep it. We are scheduling our till then.' there was no offer that if there was a cancellation I would be notified. I was thinking maybe I chose the wrong place to go to. Dr Reichman is an awesome Dr though and takes time to listen.

My sister was a patient before going under PACE. So I got to experience the care provided by Dr Reichmann and decided to become a patient.

If you’re looking for a provider, we are very satisfied with ours, Matthew Flegel. I have recommended Matt and his office several times.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Reichmann is a phenomenal doctor. Unfortunately, we do not have enough general practitioners in our area, so he is seriously overworked. It can be extremely difficult to get an appointment with him. Also, staff can be slow to call with important information. I love my doctor and hope that MyMichigan continues to give him the support staff he needs. The addition of a staff nurse hopefully will help. Vern is a real treasure, too. I just wish it wasn’t so difficult to be seen. I feel like I have to manage too much of my health on my own; but when I do see Dr R; he is very good, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I tell him that I love my doctor and staff they make feel like I'm part of their family and they are friendly and they are always making sure I have the right places I get test done and medicine I don't have to make any appointments myself they do it all over the doctor staff are great

Dr. Robert explained and asked question in a caring way and in layman termes. Nurse staff is also concerned about my well being. Was easy to schedule and get insurance questions answered from office staff. Was a very plesant experiance from the medical world.

Best doctor I ever had. Got my sister going to him now and she has her husband and grandson going to him. My very first visit I was so pleased and walking on cloud nine, I finally found a doctor who listens to me and cares. He's the best and recommend him all the time.

Dr. Reichmann is fantastic! My daughter and a close friend also see him and both love him also. I daughter only had to stop because of an insurance change. In the top 5 doctors I’ve ever had an experience with. The front desk staff is great. Very friendly and thorough. His MA on the other hand is one of the worst I’ve ever had experience with. She has a severe problem with ordering tests, making excuses why they aren’t ordered and following up with you regarding anything from test results to pre-auth problems with the insurance company. I would place her in the bottom 5% of all nursing staff I’ve ever worked with. She gives an impression that she either hates her job or is just a miserable person that just doesn’t care about anything. She is also slightly rude most of the time. My last visit, after looking up info on one of my meds, she just stopped going through my list while only being halfway through it. I have nothing good to say about her.
