What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I really like Dr. Flegal quite well. He listened well when I asked him questions and did not seem annoyed when I needed further clarification. He also listened and believed my experiences when making diagnosis and helping me make medical decisions. But I would also say that some of the other office staff have been impatient and and not nearly as welcoming. It's unfortunate.

Dr. Reichmann and all of the staff at this clinic are top notch people. They care about you as an individual and always treat you with respect. I believe that Dr. Reichmann saved my life and he is awesome.

Dr. Flegel is a through practice, but the office has a different receptionist, and some of their staff cannot answer some of the questions we have.
