What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Reichman is an excellent Dr. He appears to have taken on too many patients and staff does not always get back with me in a timely manner. New staff answering phone is not well trained.

The whole staff does a great job in my opinion considering my health issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt and everyone in the office is nice friendly and always willing to help you . He shoots it straight to ya but he does it in a way that really makes ya think about your health. I know I've always had good experiences there been there since Matt came and before he was there he's always done me good. I'll keep going back when needed..

A pleasant, friendly place. Never feel ruched or hurried. Never have to wait for a long time before taken to the room. The office space and examine room are very clean. I would recommend this doctor to family and friends.

Dr. Reichmann listens to what you have to say and offers suggestions to any problems that you may be having. He spends the time with you and you feel satisfied after your visit. The quality of care is top notch.

I would tell them that the doctors and the nurses are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! but the receptionist needs to improve she is not friendly and wouldn't help me with a prescription I was looking for. Rude

I really like Dr Reichmann and he explains everything well. On this last visit I was a little disappointed that when I called for a medication refill no one called me back to say that I needed an appointment before that could happen. I ran out of said medication before my appointment
