The care I receive at MyMichigan Medical Offices Shepherd and Matthew D Flegel has always been excellent and the attention to detail, perfect. They always do their best to make my visits as convenient as possible.

I was impressed with the office and clinical staff. They seem overwhelmed with the amount of patients they currently have in their practice but received excellent care and service!

Dr Reichmann is respectful, kind and extremely compassionate with my elderly father. Speaks to him respectfully and in terms he understands. My father and highly respect him and are appreciative of him and his staff. Thank you to all, Dr. Reichmann and nurse Ashley are always so helpful with our concerns.

When a specialist referral bailed on all his patients, leaving me without the surgery I needed as soon as possible, Matt’s stat referral to another specialist, who turned out to be a much better doctor then the first, facilitated a very timely surgery which caught the cancer before it could spread.

Dr Matt is a special kind of doctor he put his people first he makes sure that we are well taken care of every time we come into the office he treat us with the utmost respect he's one of the greats and I myself appreciate him so very much he let me know when and when I can't take my medication and when to use things that I'm not supposed to use if you know what I mean he always tell me right and I really appreciate him he's one of a kind

Doc and staff work hard. Think they are booked. Which makes it hard to focus on everyone. Just my thoughts. We need more Doctors! Which i know you are short handed. Maybe make the workplace less toxic !! That would maybe keep people from leaving. As [OCCUPATION], I would have been fired.. I do first hand that the upper management doesn't get back to patients, I've ask and called and never heard back from anyone. No issues with the doctors office. Higher-ups are the ones that im talking about. Maybe they should be let go, just my thoughts. Im sure like in the pass there be no replies, but just maybe. Thank you. Have a great day.

This was our first appointment, we were incredibly pleased and impressed with Dr. Reichmann. He communicates so well, and shows genuine concern. Better still, he listened to our concerns, and we came away, feeling that this man actually is there to maintain and even improve our health. As we left, all I could think of was a blessed we were that he is our new doctor!
