Dr Reichmann was so kind with dad and so was Ashley. Very kind and attentive to our concerns as he is aging and concerns for driving, were handled respectfully and gently.

My only complaint is when I go into the examining room, I have sometimes waited for well over 1/2 hour before anyone comes in. My preference would be to not go back until I'm ready to be seen.

I have never had a primary doctor before, first visit usually makes me back off. With this doctor, he almost immediately made me feel at ease. He listened to me, spoke to me with respect and in words I could understand. At [AGE] I have found my first primary doctor. I am most pleased.

Dr Reichmann is a fantastic physician. It isn’t his fault our area has too few providers. He does an incredible job seeing the overload of patients he has, and doing his very best to make sure everyone gets a high standard of both acute and preventative care. MyMichigan should do everything possible to bring in more physicians and providers so that the very wonderful doctors we do have do not get burned out. Also, going beyond Dr Reichmann’s office - patients should not need to wait anywhere from 8-12 months to get a new patient appointment. We need more doctors and this should be a priority. You cannot take excellent doctors like Robert Reichmann for granted!

Yes they are very friendly clean and if you can't make an appointment they're willing to work with you and make another appointment or if they have to cancel appointment due to emergency and they explain why I mean yes I'd recommend them

Very caring doctor! He did research on problems my mom had a few year's ago and when he found an answer he called my sister up and was able to help my mom. That is one reason why I decided that if my insurance would bring me to him I was going to have him be my primary
