Great place to be seen friendly and knowledgeable I probably won't recommend to anyone just because I think that MyMichigan health puts to many demands in their providers and make them see more patients then they can handle. Matt's office is great don't wanna go no place else. It's the higher ups I don't agree with .. they over work their staff. And sometimes reflects on patients.. when u get a referral and it takes 5months or more to be seen something is defiantly WRONG.................

Love this Shepherd location and all the staff that works here. My only compliant would be that when you need to get in there when you are trying to avoid a trip to the ER or Urgent Care it’s always two days out or more for availability. So you are forced to go to the ER or Urgent Care.

Matt listened to what I had to say and treated me with the utmost respect. I normally see Dr Reichmann but he was unavailable when I called for a sick appt. Matt stepped up and took the time to see and treat me same day! Highly recommend this provider.

I really like Dr. Flegal quite well. He listened well when I asked him questions and did not seem annoyed when I needed further clarification. He also listened and believed my experiences when making diagnosis and helping me make medical decisions. But I would also say that some of the other office staff have been impatient and and not nearly as welcoming. It's unfortunate.
