that the are the best The one concern I do have is it seems like the Staff is asked to take on more patients which makes the appointment run late. When I first started coming to this office my appointment was never late but I have noticed in the past 12 months they seem to be running behind. Please don't over work the medical staff. We need them to be able to focus on our health treatments.

Treat you respectfully never dismissive of any of your worries or concerns always make sure that all of your questions are answered top-notch medical provider if you’re looking for someone that would be great located in Shepherd, Michigan

It was very nice that they squeezed me in. I'm giving Matt the highest score possible, even though he didn't give me a prescription. I was sick, but if antibiotics won't help, there is no need to take them.

One thing about Dr Matt every time I call him he always respond every time I needed him he was always there Dr Matt is the best doctor I ever had and I will continue seeing him until my last breath I will not linger no other place else again Dr Matt has proven to me over and over again that he's the best doctor for me

Matt is good at listening. I believe I can trust him because he explains why he makes the decisions he does. If he feels I need a specialist because he has done what he can do, he sends me in the right direction.

Dr. Flegel did his research on my medical history and was very thorough with his exam as I’m a diabetic. Also very caring and shows he wants to improve my health.

Matt takes time to listen and find out what is going on. If he can't he will follow-up with a specialist to help figure out what is going on. Very respectful.

My only complaint is when I go into the examining room, I have sometimes waited for well over 1/2 hour before anyone comes in. My preference would be to not go back until I'm ready to be seen.
