The whole team makes me feel like I'm a top priority..and communication is great when it's a must and I really appreciate the care the team gives me

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I really like Dr. Flegal quite well. He listened well when I asked him questions and did not seem annoyed when I needed further clarification. He also listened and believed my experiences when making diagnosis and helping me make medical decisions. But I would also say that some of the other office staff have been impatient and and not nearly as welcoming. It's unfortunate.

I tell him that they should go to him he ask you questions and he's very concern about your health and he answer question I understand better other doctors I had and is nurse Veronica is the best she treats like your her family I love this team and I don't ever want to leave

Dr. Flegel is a through practice, but the office has a different receptionist, and some of their staff cannot answer some of the questions we have.
