Follow up is poor. Recent example I sent her a portal message concerning test results- no response. I then left 2 or 3 voice mails to her office on the same subject with no follow up call. Given it was agreed we would discuss after the test results came in there is no excuse for the missing follow up.

I never saw a nurse. I did see Dr. Virgin and she was very nice and helpful but VERY DIFFICULT to get a timely appointment. My PC dubbed it as Urgent and it took 7 weeks to get in. This created a lot of anxiety and worry. She was nice and on time but I had NO IDEA it was virtual and truth be told I could have gotten online at home.

It was my first appointment with her and my first ever tele health appointment. I was apprehensive at first but it was very good and I would recommend her.

The nurse who assisted me before I saw Doctor Virgin was exceptional. She performed everything flawlessly and made me feel at ease, especially since Doctor Virgin’s appointment is a telehealth session on a computer screen. It’s wonderful to actually meet someone in person who possesses the necessary expertise and went over my health history, ensuring that I was well-informed beforehand.

DR. Virgin, along with her staff are always very kind, warm and personable. It is always an uplifting experience each visit or phone call. Dr. Virgin greets me with a big smile, so nice having her care. She is very encouraging on my success dealing with type 3 diabetes and advises on more steps to take for better health. At [AGE] yrs old she is 1 of 2 Doctores in my entire life who I feel this confident in their care.
