Kelli is very helpful. She told me about things I did not even know. If anyone ever has questions, she is the best person to ask. Jacie, a worker was also very helpful and nice. I recommend Kelli full heartedly.

I find no difference in the care I receive whether Dr Virgen is in the office or we do the Tele prompting. I’m understanding the portal and she is responding to my messages when I request information.

I wished I had had her sooner. I almost died with another nurse practitioner then I was sent to Kelly. I was never below a nine A1c in this last time I went. I was at 6.6. I love her to death. She is so good. My husband also is with her and he went to his cardiologist at University of Michigan This past week and the cardiologist told him he wished he had changed doctors sooner. His blood results were great thank you Dr. Virgin you’re the best.

Highly recommend Dr. Virgin. It is a two hour drive for me, and it would be great to have a virtual appointment from our facility here instead of making the drive.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That I had to wait 5 months for an appointment and then was told my bloodwork was too old and would have to get new labs. I had no answers after waiting five months to see her and had to pay for additional bloodwork and then had to set up another appointment 3 months out. Very frustrated with the lack of empathy in the amount of anxiety this has caused me.

Dr Virgin is very good at her job but has too many patients and its a 6 month wait to see her. She is the only Endo servicing all of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan

Dr Virgin is highly qualified and has been the best specialist for my endocrine health related to an adenoma on my pituitary. She continues to stay abreast of my other health challenges including my recent breast cancer treatments as well as connecting with my oncologist team and with my Tribal Primary Care Physician and my other rheumatology specialist. She is an exceptional and knowledgeable physician.

Dr Virgin is an excellent and exceptional physician and has worked well with others on my care team including my Tribal primary care physician and my oncologist and oncology team at both U of M and at Mackinac Straits as well as with my rheumatologist. She is very knowledgeable and keeps current with all my health challenges as I also battle breast cancer.
