I would prefer, after driving an hour, to see Dr. Virgin in person. In roughly 6 years, I've only had a face to face meeting once. Patient portal messages could be answered in a more timely fashion.

I am very grateful for getting referred to this office for services as I felt listened to. cared about and I received great information about many important health related issues for me and I feel like the changes I will be making after talking with her about my diet, how, what I eat I believe will make a great difference in my health problems. After going for the lab work and possibly adding or changing meds, I think I will feel even better. Thanks for seeing me, thanks for great service.

Dr Virgin is top notch. Her office staff especially the registration desk that is the worse in the area. The young man who checks you in for appointments, makes alpointments should be reassigned to a position where he has no contact with the public.

Kelly is an endocrinologist professional and she always knows my situation and how I can improve and what to do to correct conditions of my blood sugar. I'd recommend Kelli Vergin across the board. The way she explain herself and the treatment she gives you is above and beyond ant one I've had in the past. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She's very friendly and personable. Providers like her are few and far.

Dr. Virgin is excellent. My only question is why is there not an after visit summary in My Chart. It has been a week since my visiit. The nurse said she would bring an after visit summary in to me after my visit but I never received one and it still is not in my chart.
