Dr. Virgin is excellent. My only question is why is there not an after visit summary in My Chart. It has been a week since my visiit. The nurse said she would bring an after visit summary in to me after my visit but I never received one and it still is not in my chart.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Virgin for a couple years now and she’s very familiar with the different aspects of my treatment regime. I feel she’s a very good doctor and helps me maintain good control of my diabetes. Thank you, Dr. virgin!

Dr. Virgin listens attentively and addesses all of my questions and concerns. Her knowledge is most reassuring. Dr. Virgin has experience in not only Diabetes but also this new diagnosis of EPI. I ALWAYS leave her office with confidence in her care and knowledge. As a person Dr Virgin is a very warm and reassuring Doctor. The Upper Peninsula is fortunate to have her expertise. Thank God for blessing us with Dr. Kelli Virgin

Dr Virgin has always responded to my needs as they come up. She takes the time to really explain what she needs for me to do to follow her carefully thought out instructions. We discuss my care together and arrive at a decision that we both think will work the best for me. I enjoy my visits with her.

I only had 1 visit. When I got there she asked why I was there. I told her I received a message from her nurse saying that the doctor wants to see me and in fact when I met her for my appointment she said no I didn’t request that. As far as now you’re stable. I had to change my schedule for this non needed appointment. Also while in my appointment there was someone in the next room. I could hear their whole conversation as if the were in my room sitting next to me.

The only problem I ever have is getting through to a person in Dr. Virgin’s office on the telephone. The only thing I ever reach is voicemail.

Kelli is very helpful. She told me about things I did not even know. If anyone ever has questions, she is the best person to ask. Jacie, a worker was also very helpful and nice. I recommend Kelli full heartedly.
