Great care provider with excellent service. My only complaint is MYMichigans horrible phone answering service and procedure. Unable to get the Dr’s office directly without having to be called back or leave a message on the answering service. HORRIBLE policy.

The office visit was ok but it has been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything regarding my bloodwork or future treatment. Plus I found a wait from May to December for a virtual appointment excessive.

Kelli Virgin is top both and a wonderful Doctor. She is very personable and makes you feel valued as a patient. Her staff, mainly the receptionist, is not very welcoming. You are not greeted and have to ask for everything, e.g. If you don’t ask you don’t get. They sit behind a window and don’t open it until you are standing right at it and even then it seems like you are just another unconvinced for them to even talk to you. One wonders if they are ever trained or supervised.

Dr. Virgin is knowledgable, forward-thinking, she is an excellent listener--repeating back what she believes she heard you describe. She is compassionate and displays a genuine interest in the human being seeking her care. Dr. Virgin's staff is simply put, one of the very best (and I have [age]+ years of experience). They are professional, prompt, and they are KIND. Seriously. In these times, simple respectfulness and kindnesses are incredibly rare. This office is all of those things wrapped up in excellent care for my health. Intelligent, educated, and humanly...kind. They are a reflection in action, of the same qualities Dr. Virgin displays. I have hoped for many years for a TEAM committed to the same things. They are greatly appreciated.

Dr Virgin is the most compassionate Dr. that I have EVER had. In my journey with Diabetes she has assured me every time that we will get through this.

The staff and Dr Virgin are delightful. Always kind and courteous. If you need an endocrinologist she is amazing, I’m so thankful that My Mi offers speciality doctors in our area that I don’t have to travel to. I’m equaling thankful Dr Virgin gives care to our area.
