What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My first video health appointment. It was good. If my medical tests would have been sent to Dr Virgin she could have done more at our first visit. Not her fault.

She’s okay. Hard to get prescription refills. Front desk staff do not return phone calls and not friendly.

Excellent provider. Receptionist is not welcoming. I always feel like an imposition. Sits behind a closed window. When I walk up to check in, opening the window so you can talk to him isn’t high on his priority. He doesn’t open the window until you are standing there for a few seconds. Customer service isn’t one of his one of his job descriptions or he has never been trained.

She left me optimistic and hopeful. I knew this was an entirely different kind of medical appointment when she opened with “Tell me about yourself”. It was refreshing to have someone interested at that level of patient care. Didn’t see that coming, honestly! I feel so much better having her on my care team. Thank you, Dr Virgin, for being here.

Kelly Virgin is an excellent doctor. She knows her medicine I would trust her. I trust her 100% she’s never steered me wrong and she also looks at me holistically just not at my diabetes. She puts everything in to play and she has great follow through and she doesn’t leave you hanging.

Great care provider with excellent service. My only complaint is MYMichigans horrible phone answering service and procedure. Unable to get the Dr’s office directly without having to be called back or leave a message on the answering service. HORRIBLE policy.

The office visit was ok but it has been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything regarding my bloodwork or future treatment. Plus I found a wait from May to December for a virtual appointment excessive.

Kelli Virgin is top both and a wonderful Doctor. She is very personable and makes you feel valued as a patient. Her staff, mainly the receptionist, is not very welcoming. You are not greeted and have to ask for everything, e.g. If you don’t ask you don’t get. They sit behind a window and don’t open it until you are standing right at it and even then it seems like you are just another unconvinced for them to even talk to you. One wonders if they are ever trained or supervised.
