Not real impressed. Expressed concerns about my child being in a high contact sport, [ ], and said he could take off however long to heal as he does not compete. I was brushed off and told he was fine to just order a nose guard on Amazon and wear it for two months but to be careful not to take a hard hit to the nose again and damage it further when he is in a literal fighting sport. He barely even examined him and seemed in a rush to get us out, kept cutting us off when we spoke. Really disliked the whole experience, even starting with the hospital itself not having their signage correct and having to walk all over the building to make it to the appointment.

I would tell them how easy it was to get excellent service and respect from the Doctor and his staff. My wife and I felt relieved that Doctor heard us and understood our concerns. We left the office confident in the plan Doctor proposed. We cannot say enough good things about our experience!

I have been seen by Dr. Chum Chai a few times. He is wonderful! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT. I also know that sometimes if I don't ask the right questions, I don't get a full explanation, but he is always willing to answer questions for me when I remember to ask. LOL

It was my first visit after a long wait for the appointment . I liked the doctor and he seemed to know what to do. I will know more when he has more information about my problem, can’t really have an opinion about my treatment there except that so far I’m satisfied

Joe Chomchai is a very good Dr. He helped me quickly when I needed care for a serious ear cleaning that had needed treatment for quite a long time. He handled the issue professionally and explained the problem in understandable terms and helped remedy the issue

Dr. Chomchai definitely knows his information but he doesn't have a great way of explaining it. He doesn't have good bedside manner. It was my first time meeting him and I felt like he didn't want to be there at all and he just wanted me out of his way. Maybe I just met him on an off day but it wasn't a good first impression.

My experience at Dr. Chomchai's office has always been excellent. Very friendly office staff and nurses. Very caring and most helpful, just like Dr. Chomchai is. He is a truly excellent doctor and shows great care.

I do think the doctor is kind but is in a rush to get you in and out. Not fully examining you but rather giving input over listening. The front staff is not friendly and seems to be very uninterested to assist. The supporting nurse that began and ended the appointment was phenomenal.
