What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It took over 2 months to get the appt through the pediatrician’s recommendation. And while we arrived 15mins ahead of our scheduled time, we were told it’d be a 15-20 min wait. However, it turned into over an hour. The appt itself only took about 15mins.

He doesn't seem to follow thru with what he says. Just gives different reasons for me issues and refers me to another specialist. I am not impressed with him.

Dr. Chomchai is the best ENT I've ever been to in the past 30 years. He always listens to me and I never feel rushed. I initially saw him for a bump in my throat. He did surgery, tests and found that I had cancer. He was compassionate and sympathetic to my situation. It is my belief now and always will be. He saved my life! You don't get much better than that. If you ever need an ENT, Dr. Chomchai is the Dr you want. PS. I never told you, but Thank you for saving my life.

Even though he talked to me about why I was there, I felt rushed during my last appointment. He didn’t even ask me if I had any questions, which I did.

Doctor is very kind and knowledgeable. My son has had tubes placed in both ears once, and again in his left ear. Both times we received excellent care..
