All staff were so very friendly and professional. Was a pleasure to meet Dr.Chomachi. He was very helpful and considerate. Lovely facilities, too.

Dr. Chomchai is an excellent doctor. He listens very carefully and responds with astute comments. I have been working with him for over 2 decades. He remembers my health conditions and proceeds accordingly with treatment, I’m most grateful for him.

I called early in the morning and explained what I felt was very important - emergency related. Because of a bad problem with my ear and I wear hearing devices. They got me in that day. I was so thankful!!

He is trying Flonase to help with mucus and my hearing is fine but I have an infection in my ears. He was is a big hurry though. In and out of the room very quickly.

Be aware that his nurse is not very prompt or friendly/courteous. She was late getting to the office for the appointment and caused a 3/4 hour or more delay. All other staff was prompt and courteous and doctor was was available immediately after check in.

It took most of the year to get to see him. He's the only E N T doctor in Mt Pleasant, so I see why it took so long to see him. I still have to take a test he prescribed for me, so we'll see how it turns out and go from there. Waiting for the insurance to approve.

For a parent, this Office saw us at a scary and unsure time about the health of my child. Hands-down, they set my mind at ease and the mind of my child that he would be OK and they could help us would recommend to everyone I speak to.

He is a very nice Dr and goes over things with you thoroughly. This time he did order some tests and he is checking for more to find out just what is going on.

Dr Chomchai listened to why I was referred to him. He checked my ears & asked a lot of questions. He was with me, along with assistant, in exam room for maybe 7-8 minutes. Then said he will arrange for a hearing test.

It appeared the office was over booked with apt. The waiting room was busy with patients. We got there early and didn’t get in until 15 after our apt. The doc then came 15 min after that. He was in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Said he was going to type up notes and he never came back in. Bedside manners were meh. Seemed rushed.
