All staff were so very friendly and professional. Was a pleasure to meet Dr.Chomachi. He was very helpful and considerate. Lovely facilities, too.

This is some of the best care I've ever had. I couldn't make a complaint if I really wanted to. I'm very impressed with the patient care and the customer service that is received here.

Dr. Chomchai is an excellent doctor. He listens very carefully and responds with astute comments. I have been working with him for over 2 decades. He remembers my health conditions and proceeds accordingly with treatment, I’m most grateful for him.

I called early in the morning and explained what I felt was very important - emergency related. Because of a bad problem with my ear and I wear hearing devices. They got me in that day. I was so thankful!!

He is trying Flonase to help with mucus and my hearing is fine but I have an infection in my ears. He was is a big hurry though. In and out of the room very quickly.

Be aware that his nurse is not very prompt or friendly/courteous. She was late getting to the office for the appointment and caused a 3/4 hour or more delay. All other staff was prompt and courteous and doctor was was available immediately after check in.

It took most of the year to get to see him. He's the only E N T doctor in Mt Pleasant, so I see why it took so long to see him. I still have to take a test he prescribed for me, so we'll see how it turns out and go from there. Waiting for the insurance to approve.

He is a very nice Dr and goes over things with you thoroughly. This time he did order some tests and he is checking for more to find out just what is going on.

Dr Chomchai listened to why I was referred to him. He checked my ears & asked a lot of questions. He was with me, along with assistant, in exam room for maybe 7-8 minutes. Then said he will arrange for a hearing test.

It appeared the office was over booked with apt. The waiting room was busy with patients. We got there early and didn’t get in until 15 after our apt. The doc then came 15 min after that. He was in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Said he was going to type up notes and he never came back in. Bedside manners were meh. Seemed rushed.

It can be difficult to get someone on the phone at times. But overall the staff is nice. The scheduling department could use some help. Every time I need them they’re out of the office or don’t answer then phone. There’s no option to leave a message. I’m guessing staffing issues, need some attention to be on par with the others.

That he is a very good Dr. listens to your concerns answers your questions and does it in a very relaxing understandable way. Getting the appointment was easy & quick. His staff are all very polite and friendly.

He was not able to help me with my neck lump which is a worry, of course. He does not have much bedside manner; this would not bother me since I am a medical professional as well. It may be important to a layman however.

I very much appreciated being referred to CMU Carls Clinical for further testing. The physician who did the the scope was especially kind and considerate. I also appreciate further care at this clinic.

Always call and ask for Carissa! She is super helpful and always friendly! If she doesn't have an anwmswer she always finds out and calls back with a smile! That girl needs a raise
