I wish that it would not have taken roughly 9 months to get in. I also wish that there would be more follow up with respect to when the schedule appointment is coming due instead of just relying on a reminder a couple days before the schedule visit.

I would recommend Dr Chumchai. He was easy to talk too and explained my condition and ordered a test, prescription and a referral on my first visit so far. I felt he understood my problem and took immediate action to address it. Very refreshing experience on my first visit. I feel I am really going to enjoy going to him.

Plan when you will be sick because you will not get an appointment for months…if you can get someone to answer the phone.

An excellent doctor but it takes months to get an appointment. (Had to go to urgent care once for sinus/dizzy issues)

He refused to talk to my daughter just because she was [age], looked in her nose for less than 10 seconds total. Overall seemed like he was annoyed we even came in.

He is a great Doctor who listens to his patients. Glad to have him as my ENT!

You get taken to a room right away; only to WAIT 30 mins or more beyond your appointment time for a 1-3 min visit with the Dr himself. Couldn't be couisdence happened both times in that office and test were not followed up on to get results. Test provider stated would get them to chomchais office never did.
