That in the short time I have used the service from this office I am very pleased with the care they have provided. Staff very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The appointment in office turned out to be an online appointment because of the family issues the doctor is having. The doctor and his staff were very nice and helpful. The appointment wasn’t rescheduled but adjusted because of other issues. I think the doctor and his staff made adjustments to make sure that patients were able to get treatment even though there was an issue beyond their control. As a person who has hearing issues the online appointments are not my choice, but nurse was able to help me with the questions and the appointment went smoothly.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He is excellent. Great personality., and knows his business which makes the patient feel comfortable. I have no need to find another doctor, he is a cool rocket man
Dr. Igor Siniakov was very thorough and personable and I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything he told me. I appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions and he did not make me feel rushed.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He had very good “bedside” manner. He was personable and listened to everything I said. He was very confident and self-assured. This gave me confidence in him and reassured me about everything-his diagnoses, tests he ordered and follow up plan.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My son has been to the office 2x previously, last appointment he acted like he was a new patient, psoriasis on arms and knees, told him to remove shirt, when we refused, he told us if my son didn't comply, he would not treat him. No need to remove shirt when psoriasis is on elbows and knees, plus my son is very shy. The Dr. was very rude, will not be returning.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was very satisfied with the care I received. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Siniakov eased my mind considerably. I highly recommend him.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was kinda weird but efficient. He said he scheduled an appointment but when I showed up, the office had no idea I was coming. Like the urgency and efficiency but resulted in me being rescheduled.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went to see him for a mole that was concerning to me. He spent 5 seconds looking at the mole and told me it wasn't a big deal. He did not want to look at pictures I had of the progression of the mole. When I asked why the mole would progress the way it did, he told me he didn't know. He spent more time questioning me about diabetes because my knuckles looked dark. He sent me to have an A1C drawn and it was perfect. I didn't go see him to tell me I probably had diabetes. I went there because I was concerned about a mole. When I asked what we could do about this mole, he offered to send me to a general surgeon to remove it. Why can't a dermatologist remove a mole?? I'll be following up with my PCP and have him remove it. I thought I was doing the right thing by seeing a dermatologist for a concerning mole, but I guess it was a waste of my time.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He is opinionated, did not want to hear how my issue was successfully addressed in past. The doctor not easy to understand, I will not go to him nor recommend others to see him.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Ignore never gave me an opportunity to explain to him that I've been diagnosed be 3 different providers that I have Cystic Acney, I came to the office for help but instead I was miss treated, told that I was picking my face on purpose that I have mental health issues and that I was too old for Acney. He then grabbed at the bottom of my shirt, yanked it up to see if there was anything he was missing. I felt violated and verbally assaulted by this man. He had told me that my infection was self inflicted and that I had come to his office for attention. I was in shock when I left his office. This man shouldn't have a job with My Michigan Health or any other place, I can only imagine how many others he's done this too.
Was rude...didn't give me a chance to explain my concerns...condescending...actually seemed uninterested and wanted to rush through visit..I will not be going back to him ..no bedside manner!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Listen..show concern..explain..give time to address problems...be nice
Was very abrupt and grumpy. Brushed me off. Told me to come back in 3 months but office staff said they couldn’t. Said their computerized calendar did not go out that far. Very annoying.
