Dr. Igor was very thorough. He answered my questions and had already talked with the surgeon to have some moles removed before our appointment was even over. He calmed me down when I got nervous about having to get an additional procedure done. I really like how thorough and proactive he is!

He is very thorough, even for a telehealth dermatology appointment. He referred me to a surgeon, and their office contacted me the same day to set up a procedure. Dr. Siniakov asked if I would come in 6 months for followup checks. Great experience!

This provider seemed bossy, crabby and made me feel very uncomfortable,. I felt that he didn't read my file very well, he asked me questions pertaining to my surgeries that made me feel like I had surgeries that I didn't need. [Removed portion of comment against clinical judgement.] I was just not happy with him or the end of visit result. I even told the nurses he was bossy and crabby I felt that they already know how he was without saying. I do not think that he looked professional, he looked down all the time, I could hardly see his face, his office was dark and gloomy and the way he was dressed was not the look of a doctor in my opinion. I do have another appointment with him that I may not go to.

I have everything confidence that the care I am getting although not hands on the care is excellent.. .nurse Brenda "Boss" 🙂 is wonderful at being sure I understood everything and photographing the concerns I have and passing it on so Dr. Siniakov could have eyes on it and check things out. .

He's a very good doctor and the staff is very helpful and nice. They take care of you in a very efficient manner and go above board to help in every way to make sure you can get your prescriptions too.

It’s disappointing that Dr Sinokov is working remotely, by a staff members iPhone. I don’t have a good level of confidence that he can truly evaluate a potential skin cancer via phone photos versus in person.

The Doctor was very friendly and listened to my concerns. There appears to still be issues with my records being available through My Michigan system but the issue was resolved.

I like Dr. Igor, but I much prefer in-person appointments. It is often difficult to get the appointment when you would like, because he is not permanently in the office.
