Doctor Jacob Henrichsen an orthopedic surgeon is the greatest surgeon I have ever had he listens to your problems and explains what needs to be done. He is caring and honest. He doesn't sugar coat anything and gives you the different options of ways the problem can be treated. I trust him 100%. He truly cares about his patients. He is the best and so knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond.

He listens to how I'm feeling and the problems I'm having and takes the time to explain what is going on and how to treat the problem and not just brush it off as some doctors do. He is the Best surgeon I have ever had. I totally trust him and recommend him.

There were a few glitches about prescribed antibiotics. When I reached out to office staff, they were exceptional in staying on the matter until the matter was resolved. This involved communication both with the doctor and back to me and I believe with the pharmacy as well. I was anxious to be precise About my antibiotics because staph infections are so dangerous and I feel they treated this as an issue important as I felt it to be.

I feel that Dr. Bryce is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I will be back next year for another surgery. His office manager, Lindy is exceptional in coordinating with patients & getting appropriate paperwork sent in record time. This is an outstanding office.

1st time in new bigger facility. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist acknowledged me. From that point on I received excellent service from everyone I came in contact with. Dr. “H” was reassuring and listened. I understood the treatment plan and also understood the possibility of knee replacement of series of injections were not positive. I looked forward to each one of my visits. I have deep respect and trust for all that provided service to me. Thrilled everyone was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and radiated good vibes as they actually liked their jobs! Wonderful experience. Will highly recommend Mt. Graham Orthopaedics.

Cole Bryce gave realistic expectations and explanations and Rex followed up and reiterated the consensus. The office manager for scheduling was great and worked to get me taken care of for my surgery .

I had called and left a message to try and get an apt. No one ever called me back. I called back 3 days later to make one. They did everything in their power to get me in asap.
