I never fill the surveys but I felt Jennifer Moss was exceptional and she deserves all excellents. This health visit was the best I’ve ever had and addressed all my problems with a plan.

I can’t remember the name of the nurse that did the ekg, bp, pulse, etc but she was very sweet and professional

As a patient that is in the Lee Health system from Physicians, to , medications and ability to call each caregiver when I have an issue or question.highly recommended I every Physician or caregiver. are excellent in all regards , inclusive of Lab Work, precribed Tests timely of informing me of the results and identifing ways to better assist me in staying as healthy as possible. Jennifer took the time to really listen to me. She listened to my concerns, understood and offered her concerns and thoughts and together we decided on the best course of action. I am so happy that she was knowledgeable of my condition and agreed with an additional test to help alleviate my heart health concerns BEFORE insisting on medication. I trust her knowledge and so grateful she is with Lee Health Cardiology group. Thank you Ms. Moss. Lee Cardiology is lucky to have you!

The entire staff from checking in to the nurse who took my information to the Aprn are excellent in every sense I only see Lee doctors for all my health issues for their excellent care concerns and treatment I am thankful for all they do for my health needs
