Wonderful doctor, a credit to the medical community.My comfort level with her is extremely high. I did not know what I was going to do when Dr, Agni went on leave but Lively has fit in perfectly for my needs.

While the purpose of this appointment was to establish a new doctor/patient relationship, Dr Lively took time to review my medical history and to discuss several other minor health concerns. She valued my input as much as I valued hers.

Great PCP. I was simply attributed to her but glad I was. She listens, looks in the chart to make sure she can see historically and inclusive in talking about med changes or lab work and care plan making sure you agree and understand. Well done!

It’s rare to find a doctor that acts as your friend, makes you feel comfortable and genuinely seems to care. Dr. Lively is an all around great character who’s professional and knowledgeable. I hope to have her as my primary from here on out. She’s fantastic!
