The only reason she didn’t receive the highest score for knowing my medical history is because I transferred from a different healthcare system, and some records weren’t accessible. Despite this, both she and the nurse went above and beyond, thoroughly investigating my background and making sure to incorporate the information I provided into the system. Their effort and dedication were truly impressive.
