Very professional an let's you know whats going on...always with Dr..but in the past the front desk was horrible...GLAD to see that they have 100% doing better ..nicer front desk..they don't look like they hate there job..anymore

Very attentive to history and current readings. She also took into consideration mom's dementia to check on everything possible since trips are more challenging

Dr. Serrano takes the time to explain what and why she is doing a follow-up and/or scan. She explained what effect medications can have on certain parts of the eyes. I highly recommend her as an ophthalmologist.
