Most of the second floor reception staff are exceptional in all respects. The doctor is both personable, caring, and I believe superbly competent.

This experience was totally excellent all around but Dr Nawalany stood above that. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and reassuring. He took the took the time to illustrate and explain his diagnosis thoroughly and I will not hesitate to choose him as my surgeon should any be necessary in the future. I am totally satisfied and grateful to have found Lee Health for everyone looking after my care as well. Thank you all. [ ]

Everyone I came in contact with during my visit, was caring, concerned, and polite. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to be stress free. Every one, front desk, nurses, and the Doctor rated a 10 from me.

Pleased that he took time to explain options and what the best options were. He took time explaining everything and then gave me time ask questions. He also gave me the option of doing nothing and what that outcome would be. Excellent communication

From the minute we arrived for my appointment we were welcomed and felt important. Dr. Nawalany’s nurse was sweet, kind and informative. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She included my husband when she talked to us which made him feel better. Dr. Nawalany was just a pleasure to meet! He listened to me and explained what he needed to. He ask if we had any questions. He wasn’t in a hurry and made us feel like we mattered. It was a great appointment and I wish more doctors were like Dr Nawalany!

This was my initial visit with Dr Nawalany. He was caring, took his time to review all the tests I had and explained everything to me. Although he wasn't able to give me a diagnosis he put my mind at ease. I would recommend your office to anyone who needs this service. The MA was equally great!

Yes, the surgeon was very kind intelligent and was very happy to share with me every step of the way that what to expect the day of [ ]. He showed compassion and understanding, and he even made a phone call to my son who lives up in [ ] to explain everything again to my son. Since my [ ], it was most helpful to me to make sure that I wouldn’t overlook telling him anything. The assistant was very helpful and gave me a full written explanation of the upcoming [ ].
