Aileen at the front desk was very good with a smile and eye contact. Lisa, Dr Nawalany's assistant was very kind and communicative. Dr N is excellent; I appreciate his relational personality.

Yes, the surgeon was very kind intelligent and was very happy to share with me every step of the way that what to expect the day of [ ]. He showed compassion and understanding, and he even made a phone call to my son who lives up in [ ] to explain everything again to my son. Since my [ ], it was most helpful to me to make sure that I wouldn’t overlook telling him anything. The assistant was very helpful and gave me a full written explanation of the upcoming [ ]. She was very nice also. The front desk was very kind and cheerful and upbeat, and made me feel comfortable before my name was called I’m very happy and at ease about my upcoming [ ]

I personally find meeting new medical providers very stressful. Staff were professional and welcoming from beginning to end. I left the office feeling very pleased and confident in my new doctor and staff.

You don’t have enough space for me to tell you the wonderful treatment that the doctor gave me. He gave me almost an hour of his undivided attention, and explained everything to me in Laymans terms. I’m grateful to have them as my Dr.

Lisa, the receiving nurse, was excellent. Aside from her friendly and helpful demeanor, she is virtually the only nurse in years of my visiting Lee Health who took the trouble to take my [ ]—making sure my [ ] and not doing it right as I walked in before I had a chance to settle in for a minute or two.

The entire team were friendly and courteous. As a new patient I felt very welcome. The lady that brought me back to the exam room was very nice and even offered me a chose of drinks while waiting waiting for the Doctor. The wait wasn’t long and the coffee was very good.

Jan was extremely thorough- as well as pleasant and concerned- in providing me with an [ ]. Following the [ ], I was seen by Lisa. She was also very pleasant and dealt with her responsibilities in a professional manner. Dr. Nawalany was professional, thorough, and regarded each of my questions. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the potential [ ]. The entire office- all staff- are extremely efficient. I was seen quickly (on time!) and was treated with dignity and respect.

The front desk staff was great at giving me directions as I got lost. The PA was very helpful. I think her name was Lisa. The doctor was really knowledgeable and explained things in understandable terminology.
