The office process flows very smoothly and efficiently. I don't recall that all of the personnel that were part of my appointment introduced themselves when they entered the exam room. They may have but I don't recall that all of them did. All of the staff were personal and friendly.

I had a follow up appointment with Michael Walker, who is Dr. [last name]'s ARNP. Mr. Walker was appropriately friendly, he listened intently to my concerns and gave answers that clarified the issues I had. I left the appointment feeling that I had a much better "handle" on my heart related problems. I know that I can really "get into the weeds" about issues but he was patient and fully answered my questions. I left our our meeting feeling better and much more knowledgeable. I don't know how it could have been better.

This office has a wonderful staff from the front desk to the Doctors and assistants. I have learned a lot about a-fib over the last year and a half, thanks to this office (my doc is Dr. [last name]) and his supporting team. So far I have remained stable on the medication adjustments they have recommended, and 'i know my options for the future if something changes. Caring and informative office. Worth meeting them.
