Didn’t seem too interested. Maybe said five words the whole time kept his head down typing no personable interaction.

Short visit. Friendly guy, but there wasn’t a lot of elaboration with respect to how things were going to play out and the order with which it needs to take place. I have also requested a note my employer has requested for my file and still haven’t received the letter or acknowledgement of the request.

Was supposed to talk to the doctor about pain medication and get back to me, but it’s been a week and still crickets. Haven’t heard a thing back.
