He trimmed my nails, looked at my feet saying they looked good. Not mentioning they were somewhere as t swollen and numb from neuropathy.

Assuring me having the cyst removed is important and everything will work out well. He also answered my questions but didn't overload me with information. There are many steps to this procedure.
