Dr. Nickles has taken exceptional care of my feet over the years, and is very professional.

He took as much time as he needed with me. He wasn't rushing things. He seems like if he would of been behind in patients he still would take as much time with me as it took.

Sometimes you have to wait because at the last visit if there were 10 people there then they get an appointment at the same date & time. So the next visit the same 10 people plus others are there.

This is not a reflection on the provider. The parking situation is HORRIBLE. We parked in a handicapped stall on the far east of the building. We walked past a door that was locked that was near the office. Instead we had to walk to the main entrance and then backtrack. Not easy with a walker and a healing broken hip.

We are having more mobility problems you need more handicap availability of your clinic. Wheelchairs are available but no one to assit.
