He did an excellent job with the back surgery. He was very self explanatory and made sure all our questions were answered. We felt that he spent the time needed with us and did not give the impression that he had to hurry to the next patient. We would come to him again with any surgical needs.

Dr Bhangoo's explanation of my situation was clear and easy to understand. He listened respectfully and readily answered my questions. He seems extremely knowledgeable and competent when describing results of my MRI, and laid out a plan to allow time to see if my situation will heal on its own. I appreciated that he didn't seem to be in a hurry to do surgery.

Over all treated very nice. I would recommend Dr Ondoma and his staff. I have avoided Mercy for years from a terrible experience and was hesitant but in desperate need of a doctor as I was quite thankful.

Dr. Bhangoo was Great. The over booking was awful. waiting 2 hours. Other patients who came in after me were called first. One couple even told me they didn't even have an appointment, but went before me.

Good to see he is on top of his game as we say...Knows his work and professional...It was my first visit with him for my spine stenosis (two disks) but he didn't scare me away like other doctors...However, he has a dry sense of humor so looking forward to my second visit to get him laugh...Laughter is important for patience especially an old extreme sports athlete turning 65 and facing many bone issues due to all the punishment I put myself through ..Thank you team Mercy
