Over all treated very nice. I would recommend Dr Ondoma and his staff. I have avoided Mercy for years from a terrible experience and was hesitant but in desperate need of a doctor as I was quite thankful.

Good to see he is on top of his game as we say...Knows his work and professional...It was my first visit with him for my spine stenosis (two disks) but he didn't scare me away like other doctors...However, he has a dry sense of humor so looking forward to my second visit to get him laugh...Laughter is important for patience especially an old extreme sports athlete turning 65 and facing many bone issues due to all the punishment I put myself through ..Thank you team Mercy

Dr. Ondoma did a great job with me which is why he is in demand - but his office scheduling is a disaster. I have had nothing but unacceptable wait times which is why I would not recommend this office to others.
