His treatment of me was outstanding!!! My hearing is very limited.... if I needed him to repeat something ....he did. My wife & I were most impressed... he listened & he asked good questions....AND the time we spent with him was comfortable & not hurried. Will look forward to seeing him again in six weeks!

I hope she sticks around. I have had so many care providers in the past three years and it is getting hard to explain all of my past problems to them.

Columbia was fine. My only issue is that it takes so long to figure out what is going on and what the plan of action is. I realize there is a process of figuring out my problems. It is more just frustration ...looking for answers and having a solution.

My provider was not the problem. The lack of consistent, communication and policy throughout Mercy One was very obvious.

Corrine is a great doctor who listens carefully, makes helpful suggestions and calls in prescriptions in a timely fashion. I would recommend her to everyone I know

I was very pleased that Columbia made time for me, I did not have an actual appointment. I’ve been waiting since I think October or November just to get results. The new service is apparently not user-friendly. When we came from my husband‘s appointment, his nurse Emily could see. I wasn’t feeling well and talked to Columbia and they were able to get me in within an hour so I very much appreciated that she explained why my doctor wanted to give me a pacemaker and what the results were from my last test then set me up for another test so they can do the pacemaker procedure. I would give Columbia a great review. She did wonderful.
