Sat waiting in exam room for 45 minutes with no one keeping me updated as to why I was having to wait so long. I missed other appointments because of this delay.

I feel like she listened well and understood how my issue is negatively impacting my life. She exhibits empathy and had a definitive plan for care. I just wish it was happening faster as I'm still miserable and no course of treatment has been started.

Columbia did not introduce the person who accompanied her. Columbia is probably competent, but there was no time for me to ask her questions. She seemed dispassionate, even though capable.

Maegan is one of the best health care providers I've dealt with since I moved to the area 25 years ago. Efficient, thorough, competent, approachable and very concerned for my welfare and my preparation for the upcoming procedure.

One of the best providers I've had in a long time. Id take her as my main provider if it was possible. You have a good one in Savanah dont let her get away. Ive already told others if they have gastro issues to go service her. I hope she gets recognized for her compassion and treating me with respect and taking time to explain things.

It does not matter how well you treat a patient while they are face to face with you, if you don’t follow through with them you are still showing that you don’t care what happens to them.
