She was so good with me and how she let me know if was in Afib again. She treated me very well and kept me calm. She listened to me ramble on and was very supportive. She made me feel so good that I made sure I stopped to tell her thank you before I left.

She didn’t instill any confidence that she knew the what or why we were doing procedure my PP was ordering it.

She wants ME to remind her about an upcoming colonoscopy so she can schedule. Shouldn't the office have that come up in their schedule without the patient having to remind the provider??
