It does not matter how well you treat a patient while they are face to face with you, if you don’t follow through with them you are still showing that you don’t care what happens to them.

She was so good with me and how she let me know if was in Afib again. She treated me very well and kept me calm. She listened to me ramble on and was very supportive. She made me feel so good that I made sure I stopped to tell her thank you before I left.
