I had arrived early for my appointment she apologized for the wait which there was really no need. She saw me ahead of my scheduled time so I was prepared to wait longer. She always explains things in a way I understand and is super supportive of me in my weightloss journey.

I am aware that upon enrolling in Medicare, coverage of this medication changed. However, FEP stated after my last appointment, that coverage would continue with Dr’s feedback. I did not receive a callback from the Dr stating why the preapproval was not submitted.

I’m so very happy that I have found another physician with Mercy One that I feel I can trust and who makes me so comfortable. His staff is also wonderful!
