Has genuine concern for his patients

I made the appointment for a specific reason. I had done the shots and wanted to try the pill. I was told to wait and call back and schedule in March as that's when the pills would be available. So when I get there, I'm told the pill hadn't been made available yet so I feel like it was a waste of my time and the Dr's time. I would have appreciated a call to inform me of this and then let me make a decision whether I still wanted to keep the appointment or reschedule when it did come in.

The doctor was on auto-pilot and was a very poor listener. He did not ask about what work I have done in this area already. He was judgmental about the responses I did give. When I tried to explain my work circumstances, he asked if I had thought about another career. He talked to me like I was 10 instead of treating me like a professional and a person. I would not recommend him to any other individual working on obesity and weight issues. Terrible experience.
