Dr. Mercado exceeded expectations. My prior endocrinologist was friendly. Dr. Mercado was also friendly but his expertise on diabetes care gives me hope that my condition can improve beyond a life connected to an insulin pump. His assistant, Ashante (sp?) was also very friendly and engaging. Overall, I am very pleased with my first time visit and look forward to Dr. Mercado's care.

Yes my Doctor. He was so patient with me and took the time to explain everything to me and my granddaughter who was on my phone during our visit. We were both very happy with him and are glad that he will be my physician

Dr. Mercado took a great deal of time with me. Excellent at recognizing my medical background and geared a very detailed visit to that knowledge along with me also being the patient with new medical issues. Couldn't have asked for more!

The New Doctor IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! A Wonder addition to the department!!! He IS Outstanding In every way!! He Is all we hoped he would be !
