She yelled at my level 2 autistic child to be quiet, and we will be seeking treatment elsewhere due to harsh treatment towards my child on two separate occasions. Definitely do not recommend her and will not to anyone.

Melissa is a great PA. It’s the x ray department that hasn’t given me results after my knee x ray. three days ago. Also with my last visit my wellness exam wasn’t coded? correctly and I got charged the full price. After trying to straighten it out, I gave up and paid it……then got another small bill but I don’t know what it is for. I’m happy with Mellisa, but the floors looked dirty in the examination room. I’m disappointed with the billing. Being older, hard to figure out on my phone.

Through my cancer dx and treatment Melissa has been absolutely amazing with her care and time. She never rushes me and always listens carefully to all my feelings and thoughts. She is so knowledgeable and is utd on all my recent tests and treatments when I see her in the office. She is an amazing provider and I am so grateful that MyMichigan has her!

I suggest everyone go to her. She has been my Primary Care Provider since [YEAR]. I have followed her from offices in Hale. West Branch, AuGrres, Tawas to Standish! I hope My Michigan doesn’t transfer her around like [HOSPITAL] did! With the exception of Hale, each office is over a 100 mile round trip for me!

I would tell anyone how amazed l was with the treatment I received at Melissa’s office . I not only talked to her but also had tests arranged before I left the office. I was very pleased with all of it..

Melissa Nixon was wonderful. She listened and spent time with me after I had some unpleasant experiences at a different doctor’s office. She was helpful and I feel will get me on the right track again. She explained everything to me and was clear and easy to understand. She showed she cared and followed through with things we discussed.
