Only had this visit with Melissa. She I asked for pain meds, I did not. She was condescending and dismissive.

Melissa Nixon is absolutely amazing. She listens so well, has reviewed the chart and is up to date on all my labs and treatments, and most of all never makes me feel rushed ever! So glad MyMichigan has her in their team!

Melissa was great! She took her time with me and explained things in a way that I understood. She made me feel like what I had to say was important and didn't make me feel rushed, which is something that is very important to me. Thank you Melissa!

It was my first meeting with Dr Nixon. She was very inquisitive with my medical history, and she listened to how I want to proceed with medication and I’m happy to go to my follow up.

Although it was my first time seeing Melissa, I have been going to this provider for 8 years. I am only [AGE] years of age and they all, the office staff and Melissa, they tested it as a Medicare visit. I had to correct the office staff, the nurse, and Melissa. So we had to start the visit over with the correct questions. This should have never happened. You have all my records. I got so frustrated

Melissa came into my new pt appointment having already reviewed my extensive medical record due to new dx and recent tx for B-cell Lymphoma. She was comforting and very knowledgeable. I am so happy she will by my new pcp.
