Melinda is a special person. She answers questions and is concerned and cares. She puts your mind at rest. I had a heart attack and a problem came up. She listened asked questions. Assured me what the problem was and took care in explaining and giving me confidence that this is what it was. I left and felt relief with her quiet manner and what the problem was.
