I was calling as a new patient, and not only did the lovely woman on the phone listen to my needs, she made it possible to be seen the same day to get back on my lapsed medication quickly. The office was busy, and clearly there are a lot of patients that are seen, yet I was made to feel I was the only one there. Easily the best doctors office experience I've ever had.
