Megan Jonathan is amazing. She listens has good suggestions and has rapid follow-up and responds to inquires quickly. Dr. [ ] makes me feel as a valued patient and the front desk folks are always friendly and helpful. Office runs smoothly and wait times are short. Back office staff seem to enjoy working there. I am a Human Resources Attorney and how the non- medical staff responds to patients tells me it a good environment for the employees

Kind staff. Both my nurse and my doctor listen and observe my concerns and seem truly interested in finding the cause and solution of each issue. It is not so common to find the Care in healthcare any more. This team is doing a great job.

Friendly, on time, and the providers take their time to know your health concerns and explain things to you. That front staff is also friendly and efficient.

The front desk check in receptionist very rude. Along with the other black front desk staff. I am very happy with my Provider along with NP, however when there is a problem escalating all the oh uh like black women tend to do is unacceptable. I was following directions from what the call center representative advised me. I needed a solution to what was happening. I maybe changing my doctors office. I fell in love with the customer care there. I was advised that changes were being made to the customer service call center in which they were never rude. Just didn't give me the corret information. The front desk staff with the exception of the woman who does check out was so unpleasant to me & I was following directions from what I was told. I apologize on my behalf for any misunderstanding. I just didn't feel the disrespect was appropriate.

Everything was very efficient and there were no long waits between steps. Everyone was kind and helpful. Being able to do in house ECG and labs is also very convenient and much appreciated!

The staff is always nice and friendly. The office is always clean and appointments are always on time. No long waiting. My primary care doctor is always engaged when I speak with her about any concerns I have regarding my health.

I called 2 days later (which required me to wait on hold for 20 minutes) about a new symptom that was incredibly painful and urgent. The nurse said she would speak to the doctor and call me back. I never received a call back which shows a lack of concern/empathy.

The front office attendants are welcoming and very friendly. I love that the office has personality and was decorated to represent Valentine's day and Black History month. I appreciate the thorough and timely care that is offered.
