I loved how my PA listened to me and she was super super nice, however... I left the appt with absolutely no new information and felt it was a waste of money. I came in to get skin concerns addressed and she did not even look at my skin, she talked from a normal conversation distance the whole time and it was disheartening that she didn't take a close up look to my skin.

I felt very comfortable with Megan and her knowledge and experience regarding my Dysport application.

The appointment was great, but the check out was less than desirable. I didn't get the girls name, but she could use some customer service training.

I've been going to a dermatologixt for over 20 years because of my skin damage from the sun when younger. I have had numerous AKs frozen and several surgeries to remove basal cells and a few other more serious spots. It's critical I receive a very thorough exam and that's exactly what I get at VitalSkin. Everyone is very polite and nice and the exam is very thorough. I never feel rushed in and out, but I'm treated as an individual and I feel listened to when I have questions.

Meghan is the best! I have struggled with occasional acne flare ups. She suggested a higher dose of Tretinoin and since using, I have noticed such an improvement in my skin. Additionally, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
