I feel confident that she reviews all past and current issues and follows up on each. She always ask how I feel about my plan of care and involves me in decision making. I never feel rushed- takes time to listen and discuss options. I generally don’t make a habit of recommending care providers as it’s such an individual thing so that’s the only reason I scored that a 9.
