Megan is a very professional and knowledgeable physician, that is why when I request to see her I want to see her not be assigned an appointment with someone I am not familiar with. The new appt scheduling online is not user friendly and just complicates trying to get in to see your personal physician.

Aside from what I already wrote, I will just add that my procedure was not successful b/c my body did not cooperate, and she handled it very well, explaining that it wasn't my fault or anything I was doing to cause it. She recommended some next steps to have better luck next time. I felt like she was great in making me feel better.
