Your whole staff was fantastic

I was treated with the utmost respect by not just everyone on my care team but everyone in the hospital. Even though I almost died (or maybe because of) it was one of the most beautiful experience of my life that I will never forget. From the sanitation staff to the nutrition services department to the nurses to the doctors to the CNAs to everyone who works in the hospital at Renown (where I was born when it was Washoe Medical Center) I want to thank you for doing your jobs well and for caring. My experience was delightful. Everyone was kind considerate of me and patient with me and they all did a really excellent job at taking care of me even when I was in a lot of pain and almost screaming. They were considerate and paid attention to my needs. Thank you for a great service

The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

It was a great experience, until they moved me from a private room into a joint room with someone that had some sort of a bacterial infection they didnt even know what the person had,forcing me to where a mask since I had just been told my cancer is back and have low immunity and I was having difficulty with wearing a mask since I came in with a mass leaning on my esophagus and breathing tube. So my doctors decided to discharge me.
