I was impressed with my new Dr. My biggest concern is communication and she's great with explaining everything.

The staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was polite and efficient. Grace took an enormous about of time reviewing my [ ] with me and coming up with a plan. My only issue was that they scheduled me for an [ ] prior to the appt but didn’t tell me and I only came across it when I double checked my appt time in my check.

I called the office, the morning of my visit because test result weren’t entered in my account. I spoke with a receptionist by the name of “Bobbi”. She made sure the test were entered when i got to the office and changed other items about what was entered. She was very friendly as were the other front desk staff. Everyone was vey friendly and helpful

PA McLaughlin is amazing! Very patient and explained treatment plan thoroughly. She provided me with all the necessary documentation to follow a treatment plan at home.

After my [ ] I was not feeling well and Grace and her assistant stayed with me and were so caring until I felt better. They talked with me to get my mind off of the needle and I really appreciate how sweet they were. Never made me feel like I was a bother or wasting their time to get to another patient. They seemed truly genuine and I would recommend this office to anyone with orthopedic issues. Thank you

Friendly, courteous and efficient check-in. Zero wait time. Medical assistant was extremely courteous professional. Grace, PA was very friendly, professional and thorough setting me at ease. Check out was prompt , and I was very pleased to have been treated so well by all staff members. This is a very well run practice.

Grace McLaughlin is excellent at her job both in diagnosis of the problem along with being able to solve the problem while being very personable. Nurse Becky really knows her job along with being a great person. The front desk woman not only was most helpful but as nice as could be.

I think grace is great at her job? She is very friendly cordial.It makes you feel comfortable and also explains everything that she's going to do. Going in for my first time.She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. I would a hundred percent recommend her to anybody.

Grace has to be one of the best P.A.'s I've received care from. She showed me my [ ], showed pictures of [ ], took pictures of my [ ], and shared those pictures with a doctor to review. She's well informed. The Medical Assistant who did the initial interview and update to my record was very friendly and courteous.

The whole experience from walking in the building front desk 1st floor ladies where friendly and checking in was fast.2nd floor same friendly helpful ladies. Everyone from check in, to the radiology tech, the front staff in the office the MA and of course Grace were very pleasant. Having an office visit is not as dreaded when the staff is curteous, friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. Great job!!
