Grace M. Was outstanding and so was the nurse. They greeted me with a smile, genuinely cared for me. Grace M explained everything perfectly! Ordered test and prescribed meds. She is very thorough. I will definitely recommend her!

The receptionist on entering was very friendly and helpful. Grace is an exceptional PA. She doesn't try to rush and listens.

Grace (PA) was very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. She gave me a great worksheet to help me stay on track with my healing process. She invited questions regularly throughout the visit to make sure I understood, and I never felt like she was rushing to get to the next patient. She let me decide my path of care by giving me options to choose from (pain meds, type of cast/splint, etc). Overall she was absolutely fantastic.

Both of the women, McLaughlin and her assistant, were extremely professional and outstanding. I enjoyed the visit and was impressed with both of their manners, knowledge, and overall treatment of me during my visit.

I would highly recommend this orthopedic group and especially Grace! I was referred to another practice from the ER after an injury and was treated horribly! They were professional and pleasant and very thorough!
