Dr McCarty saw my wife the day before my visit. He asked how I was doing and I told him I made an appt for September 1 because I was having some GI issues. He told me he would find a time to get me in the very next day. He is the only person I trust to care for me, my wife and my aging parents.

Dr. McCarty is always very thorough explaining everything. He reviews the blood works and tells me what is was for and explains my results. He is a great Doctor and the office staff and him communicate with each other extremely well.

Dr McCarthy it's one of the best doctors I've been to, he listens he understands you need he's very polite and very knowledgeable. I hope he stays with Lee health because he's very very kind and like I said knowledgeable just don't lose him.

Dr McCarty is outstanding. He is focused, attentive to questions and concerns, explains things well, and involves the patient in care decisions. He is kind, calming, and unrushed in his approach. His documentation often includes patient quotes, reflecting his attentiveness and impressive memory, even after a lengthy discussion of multiple concerns.

All staff were courteous, prompt in care, check in, and taking vitals. I arrived about 20 minutes early and expected to wait but they took me to an examining room early and said it was possible I would have to wait until my appointment time but if he was available sooner he would come in which he did. This was a follow up visit after a visit to ER to rule out DVT. He addressed my concerns and question, listened and responded with helpful information. I has asked about the best way to address this issue if it occurs in the future and if there were a way to avoid going to ER. He answered that question but, also, indicated that if it were a time when the office wasn't open or they were unable to get an ultrasound scheduled -that the vascular ultrasounds are the primary way to rule this out and going to ER would be appropriate.
