A caring doctor who provides excellent service

I came home from college for spring break and during that time became sick. The reservation staff, office staff and everyone on Dr Rich’s team worked together to arrange an unscheduled visit for me and went above and beyond what I expected to provide care for me. I have only been a patient of Dr Rich for a little over a year and each experience I have had with the Ronnie Plaza Clinic has been exceptional. I am so grateful for their kindnesses and the quality care that I receive from everyone on staff.

Dr. Rich also creates a very transparent and open environment when it comes to treatment decisions. We have honest discussions about my medications, including carefully considering adjustments only when necessary and exploring other options first. I truly appreciate being included in the decision-making process and never feeling pressured. It reinforces the trust I have in his care and expertise.
