What remains unsaid is the support staff. They truly are the best I have encountered at any large facility. People on the phone are always courteous, one doesn't have to wait forever to get through, and they are always knowledgeable about their job.

I always recommend him to friends of mine complaining about their own doctors. I have been with him since his arrival at SLU/SSM and have never had a negative moment with him.
