I believe I had met him before with my sons but it's been awhile. He's easy to talk with & around my age which is great because I'd like to have a Dr that's going to hopefully be around here for awhile.

Matthew and his nurse, Makenna were very good. They seemed to be performing their duties appropriately. The process they are supposed to perform does not come across as being 'care-giving.'

Dr. Herbst answered all of my questions and did an exam on me. Waiting for 30 minutes after being checked was the bigger issue.
