They listened and answered my concerns about follow up care. We discussed a change in medication and she took the information seriously and made a change.

All fine except for girl at front desk, ask you questions and cuts you off like no other. She asked me for my address and after I said the numbers she cut me right off and had a crappy attitude like I was a bother to her. Very rude!

I only met her once, so far, but she is attentive, calm, kind, and makes the patient feel like she is knowledgeable and cares.
